Darrelle Revis runs a 4.38 40

Darrelle Revis ran a 4.38 40-yard dash during Pitt's Pro Day. There had been some rumors floating around that Revis didn't have top end speed for a corner. He put those rumors to rest and has a shot to be the first corner back selected in April's draft.

Does anybody know if this guy is any good?? I don't follow BigEast football, too slow for my taste.

From the little film that I have seen on him, he looks heavy footed, with average lateral speed and quickness. This is one position where lateral speed and quickness is not an exception.

I think he will be a bust.

i am a pitt faithful and revis is a big play corner. He just ran a 4.38 40 time on his pro day. He is a proven punt returner (did you see his return against WVU?). I feel he will be a solid pro for whoever decides to draft him

Revis is a top corner for those of you who don't follow Big East Football. His cover skills are outstanding and he is a sure tackler in run support!!!
