With the Sim trade Tampa would have 30 mil in cap room.

Dont be shocked to see Briggs signed as well. Tampa is going to be the heaviest hitter in FA this year.

One scenerio being tossed around is signing Steinback.. Placing him at C and drafting Joe Thomas. That would make Tampa's line very tough.

Joe Thomas - LT
Dan Buenning - LG
Eric Steinbach - C
Davin Joseph - RG
Jeremy Trueblood - RT

I said they may and Why would it be far fetched to see Tampa which has 25 mil in cap space (pre trade) sign Steinbach and Freeney (both needs)

You act like Steinbach is great..

Don't forget that there are numerous teams with 20 mil+ to spend, so it does seem far fetched to get both for sure to get all 3.... Also I don't know about Det. giving up a 2nd and 4th for a player everyone knows Tampa is eager to get rid of and will prob end up cutting.

Yeah this is pathetic. You might be the biggest homer I've seen on this site.

Rice isn't worth #34 pick. That's nearly a late first round pick.
The two best lineman in free agency.
I can see CJ b/c that will probably happen.
Unless Woodley does something terrible in the next few months he will be taken in the first round.

Not sure Tampa would cut Sim.. Unless we go GA in the first which WONT happen. Sim is in love with Marinelli and Bruce Allen could leverage that. + the real player in the deal is BK.

I do know quite a few teams have money. I just know that Freeney , Briggs both come from Tampa 2 schemes + Tampa has the best training facility in the NFL now.. That'll lure some top free agents this year.

Guys please read before you make a pathetic post.
BRIAN KELLY (one of the games premier shutdown corners) + SIMEON RICE for a #2 ans #4 is definately not out of the question.

Give Matt Milen a 1/5 of vodka, half a gram of dope, some crack and a naked hot chick begging him to make that trade and even he gives a resounding hell no. The Bucs will be lucky to get a 3rd round pick for Rice and a second day pick for Kelly. Mock draft with your head, not your hear, and or Madden 07.

Your undervaluing both players. Dont be shocked if this trade or a variation of this trade goes down.

Bad Cardinals draft. Not only does Hall remind me alot of Rolle, but he's a big reach at number five. Jamaal Anderson would be nice here.

Lil Guy.. LMFAO - I could be your daddy.

Dont forget your HC and D-Coordinator are Tampa coaches. They will be looking to get Simeon into Detroit and draft a protege' It makes perfect sense. Also Kelly alone is where the 2nd round pick comes into play. Dont be small minded.. Facilities make a HUGE diffrence to FA's. not to mention.. Its Tampa Florida.. Not Detroit (Armpit of america Michigan)

Not to high on Our QB's either but Simms will do better with CJ, Galloway and Stovall.
