Oakland Raiders- Jamarcuss Russel QB LSU
Oakland is going to need a deep throwing QB to toss the ball to Jerry Porter and Randy Moss (if they come back) like Daunte Cullpepper did in Minnesota. If the 2 leave Calvin Johnson might be a good fit.

Detroit Lions- Joe Thomas OT Wisconsin
The lions have a lot of things wrong mainly at QB but I feel they might be able to get one in F.A. plus Thomas is suppose to be better the Ferguson last year.

Cleveland Browns- Brady Quinn QB Notre Dame
Brady Quinn did not have a great Senior year but hes coming from a Pro style offense and he's a home grown boy from Ohio. He's a team leaders and Charlie Frye just hasn't produced.

Tampa Bay- Gaines Adams DE Clemson
With Simeon Rice leaving either this year or pretty soon Anderson seems to be the best fit in this draft to fill that positions.

Arizona Cardnials- Jamaal Anderson DE Arkansas
The Cardnials offense is set and now they need to look at some defense. Anderson is very fast and will put a lot of pressure on the QB sort of like a Dwight Freeny. Another possibilite would be a Linebacker

Washington Redskins- Alan Branch DT Michigan
They found something good in Jason Cambell and they already have an above average WR core and for a franchise with normally a good defense they have been on the down fall and Branch has been causing problems for college QB all year long and would be a good fit for the Redskins defense

Minnesota Vikings- Calvin Johnson WR Georgia Tech
With the departure of Randy Moss a couple of years ago I dont know if you can replace Randy Moss but Calvin Johnson might be the best fit plus he does not have the off field problems like Moss

Houston Texans- Adrian Peterson RB Oklahoma
With the passing on Reggie Bush last year they cant afford to pass on another superstar running back. He does get hurt alot but it was his collar bone and ankle not carrer long nagging injurys like a knee or shoulder

Miami Dolphins- Amobi Okoye DT Lousiville
Miami does have some QB problems but Jason Tayler is leaving pretty soon plus there's great 2nd round QB available liek Chirs Leak, Drew Stanton, or maybe Troy Smith

Atlanta Falcons- Leon Hall CB Michigan
Depending on how desperate they think they are at wide reciever Teddy Ginn Jr. would be another great choice but I think there going to go with Hall because they lack that CB opposite of Deangalo Hall

San Francisco- Teddy Ginn Jr WR Ohio State
Antonio Bryant was great last year but he had some off field troubles Teddy Ginn Jr can be a deep play threat for Alex Smith and a great kick off and punt returner

Buffalo Bills- Darrek Revis CB Pittsburgh
Buffalo is another one of those teams than has a lot wrong they coould go QB if there is one that falls down of the could pick up Colt Brennan but alot dont think hes ready. A CB could create more turnovers and put a spark in the team

St. Louis Rams- Lawrence Timmas OLB Florida State
The Rams have a very explosive offense and need a couple defensive players to maybe win the NFC west but still need some help to win it all and an Timmas is a step in the right direction

Carolina Panthers- Laron Landry S LSU
They have some trouble at linebacker but safety is a big concern to and Landry is a great player and was a big contributer in the Sugar Bowl win with shuting down Brady Quinn

Pittsburgh Steelers- Marshawn Lynch RB California
With Jerome Bettis leaving a couple years ago I would love to see them go to a 2 back system and I feel with Marchawn and Willie they could have one fo the best ground games in the league

Green Bay Packers- Dwayne Jarret WR USC
I beilive Brett Farve will come back for one more year and the Packers are going to go all out and try and give Brett everything he needs to win it all and Dwayne Jarret is a great fit

Jacksonville Jaguars- Trade away
There is really know one who is going make a huge impact they would be better off trading it away

Cincinnati Bengals- Demarucs Tyler- DT North Carolina State
Bengals need defensive help period. They have a very explosive Offense but they need help getting turnovers 2 years ago they had a great defense but know its on the decline

Tennessee Titans- Adam Carriker DE Nebraska
One of the Titans most pressing concerns is at cornerback but they really don't have anyone at defensive end opposite Kyle Vanden Bosch either so that is the direction they go here.

New York Giants- Daymeion Hughes CB California
Last offseason the Giants underwent a massive overhaul in the secondary but in doing so they brought in aging veterans and journeymen and the results were not what was expected, with the G-Men finished 28th in the league in pass defense.

Denver Broncos- Quentin Moses DE Georgia
Coming off a great junior season Quentin Moses was widely regarded to be one of the premier senior prospects prior to the 2006 season. After a terrible senior year it appears that Moses' draft stock is plummeting and unless he can really impress scouts between now

Dallas Cowboys- Justin Blalock OT Texas
Dallas is having major problems at the O-line and its showing in the pressure of Bledsoe and even in Romo and Blalock is a great fit and might give Romo enough time to pick defenses apart

Kansas City Cheifs- Levi Brown OT Penn State
For years this franchise has been spoiled with outstanding offensive line play but those days have come to an end and with Willie Roaf retiring before last season and Will Shields set to ride into the sunset as well there are some major concerns up front.

New England Patriots (From SEA)- Reggie Nelson S Florida
Rodney Harrison has been hurt and Bellicheck has loved the Florida recievers so maybe he might try a Saftey.

New York Jets- Jarvis Moss DE Florida
Moss is big, quick, and may be a steal. He might be what they need to get over the hump and be able to win those big games

Philadelphia Eagles- Michael Griffin S Texas
You have to give the Eagle franchise a lot of credit because even though they have been picking late in round one for a while now due to their regular season and playoff success they've still managed to draft well and build not only an excellent core of starters but also tremendous depth as well

Baltimore Ravens- Ben Grubbs OG Auburn
Top to bottom there might not be a deeper, more talented team in the league than the Ravens so they might be one of the few teams that can realistically justify going the best player available route. However no team is flawless and one area where they could use an upgrade is at offensive guard

San Deigo Chargers- Sidney Rice WR South Carolina
In a 2006 season that featured a number of bright spots for the Chargers one that stood out was the emergence of Vincent Jackson as a nice young receiving threat for them. Even though he played very well in his second year it's important to keep everything in perspective and remember that in the end Jackson did only start eight games and finished the season with just 27 catches for less than 500 yards.

New Orleans Saints- Paul Posluszny OLB Penn State
Linebacker has long been a problem area for the Saints and it's a little known fact that they were actually ready to take A.J. Hawk with the #2 overall pick last year before Reggie Bush unexpectedly fell into their laps. I think that speaks volumes about just how badly they feel the position needs to be addressed and while some may consider "Puz" a reach here I think this makes perfect sense

New England Patriots- Dwane Bowe WR LSU
The turnover that New England has experienced at wide receiver in the last year truly is remarkable and while they have gotten solid performances out of the likes of Jabar Gaffney and Reche Caldwell it might be time to use some of their resources to bring in a top pass catcher for Tom Brady.

Indianapolis Colts- Patrick Willis ILB Ole Miss
It's hard to imagine such a good team having such a terrible run defense but so it goes for the Colts, who finished dead last in the entire league against the run and allowed opponents a mind-numbing average of 173 yards per game on the ground.

Chicago Bears- Arron Sears OT Tennessee
In a surprise move the Bears devoted almost all of their draft picks last year to the defensive side of the ball despite obvious deficiencies on offense. All in all it's hard to argue with the results but don't expect to see them use that same strategy this time around as they will more than likely use the majority of their '07 selections on offense.

what? We have that CB in Jimmy Williams. we need a safety. Also, WR is not goign to be our first round pick unless Calvin Falls to us. we need a DE, S or RB here and would get S Laron Landry here.

PERFECT first patriots pick, and exactly right explanation. second pick was good, but willis or blades at LB would probably be better picks. good mock.

Pittsburgh Steelers- Marshawn Lynch RB California
With Jerome Bettis leaving a couple years ago there still looking for a more consistent back then willie parker and a lot beilive that Lynch will be a great fit in Pittsburgh but it really decides who the new head coach is going to be.

I would love the steelers to get back to the 2 back system... but parker wont get replaced hes a pro bowler. We would Lynch him in the slot, As a third down back, he would be the kick returner, and when parker got tired. But he won't take willie parkers job we just need the 2 back system it works alot better and takes a load of big ben.

What's with the trend of people calling jerry porter "joey porter"? Oh, and the Bucs won't pass on CJ...btw Brennan retracted his draft declaration, he's headed back to Hawaii

No way the Jets draft a QB in the 2nd round, The took Kellen Clemens in the 2nd round of last year. Normally mocks dont make me mad, but if u pout the jets drafting a QB in the 2nd round of her next mock then id be crazy pissed along with every other jet fan... RB, OLB, DE and DT.... thats our day one selections

That's a cute Jags pick. I actually wouldn't be upset if the Jags did that either.
