We signed these two guys today, so now we have all our defensive positions set. Boldin fills in for Edwards, Jackson will takeover for D. Smith, and now our D-Line is looking good. We need some young LB's,and CB's since DB and Ronde's contracts are so high.
Overall I feel like our D will be solid next season, I am looking forward to seeing Gruden/ Allen loading up on weapons for offense. |

| Ya were lookin pretty solid, your talking about Dexter jackson right? I hope so but If we draft DJ our D will be flat out filthy. I think Hovan will work well next to Big Booger and out LB crew will be solid. If Mike Williams isnt on the board and DJ is we gotta g with Dj no doubt! |

Once again, the GruAllen plan is to use Day 1 of the draft ENTIRELY for the offense. Isn't this totally obvious by now? Only one DJ for this team. On Day 2, Kiffin gets a few role players to maybe some day plug into the system. Due to their contracts, Brooksie and Rice will be Bucs until they're ready for Medicare.

Ronde's contract is actually pretty cheap if you look at the current CB salary trend in the NFL. Since the Bucs won't need a starting CB for a couple of years, they may take a shot at a later round project this year. _________________ How much more offensive can our line get? |

Is Dexter jackson back in town I haven't heard anything about him returning. I though the Jermaine Phillips was gonna play FS and Will Allen and John Howell would compete for the SS unless they drafted somebody. _________________ POINT PROVEN!!!! |

| Allen and Howell competing for the starting job? That's a pretty good reason to go out and get somebody. Especially an old friend like Jackson. I realize his Super Bowl MVP was a fluke but it can't hurt. |

my bad
Dexter Jackson is back and he will probably compete for the FS job with Will Allen and Howel. I think Jermaine Phillips is going to stay put at SS. |
