Name's Rich, I'm 27 years old. Born and raised in Northern California. Luckily for me, I grew up to despise both the Raiders and especially the 49ers. Was a Packers fan from the get-go, thanks to my dad, who became a Packers fan himself when a few of the players visited his elementary school in the late 60's.

Never played Football growing up, was mostly baseball with some basketball mixed it, though it was baseball that I played throughout high school. Oddly enough, football is and always will be my first love, though I'm a big baseball nut lol

Hello, this is a fan from Spain, been lurking for over a year and finally managed to create an account here.

I started following the NFL before the start of the 2013 season and I've been hooked since then. I remember thinking that I wouldn't enjoy the sport because of the slow pace but I ended up loving it - I love watching the replays between plays and trying to understand everything that is going on, though my football knowledge is still very limited. I try to learn as much as possible through video analysis such as LeRoy Butler's weekly X's and O's video and some online posts including AG's.

I became a Packers fan sort of by accident - I work as a consultant and my experience is mostly with packaging companies, so I used to joke with some clients that I would support the Packers just to show how commited I am to their business. What started as a joke quickly became reality as I became attached to the history of the Packers and the fact that such an small town supports a major league team. I also love the way we operate, drafting and developing Packer people with the right profile and attitude.

As for favorite stuff:

Favorite All Time Packers (as a recent fan, I don't have a lot of info here)
Donald Driver
Jordy Nelson

Favorite non-Packer athletes of All Time
Pau Gasol
Miguel Indurain

Favorite Movies
Fight Club
Trainspotting
Heat
Matrix
Boogie Nights

Greatest of All Time
Music - dredg, The Dear Hunter, Agalloch, Steven Wilson
Hottie - Changes over time I guess, I don't obsess over famous chicks
Actors - Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Kevin Spacey, Brad Pitt (sue me)
TV Show - The Wire, The Sopranos, House of Cards
Comedian - Not a big fan of comedians... George Carlin I guess
Musical - The Lion King

Other hobbies: road cycling

You're listing Pau without Marc? Come on now. Wink

You follow the ACB at all? If so, who is your team?

+1 to Oldboy.

I know Marc is probably the better player, I just have a soft spot for Pau. He paved the way for Spanish players over there (not forgetting about the late Fernando Martín, awesome player in his own right) and I love his demeanor off the court.

I don't follow the ACB, I have stopped following basketball altogether since becoming enamored with the NFL. I guess if I had to choose I'd root for Bilbao Basket, it's my local team. They're doing some good things, especially considering their small budget.

I was in a bar in Finland once, listening to a Rock band. In Finnish English the lead singer said

"This song is called the "Happy Song" Its not happy." then started the heaviest rift I've ever heard.

Haha I miss Finland alot.

Laughing Finns call ours "the land of a thousand sorrowful songs". It does get pretty dark and gloomy especially in autumn - that explains a lot. We produce a ton of good metal music, too.

Packfzn87 here. The 87 is because Robert Brooks is my all time favorite packer.

I love the packers but don't agree with every decision they make, and that's ok. People tend to hate me for questioning the decisions. My advice would be to get over it.

Greetings fellow Cheeseheads. Name's Ryan and I'm 27 and from Indianapolis. Found this site through the fantasy football forum and decided to explore it and found an awesome collection of football fans and decided to sign up and post when I can.

Not really sure how I became a Packers fan. I'm born and raised in Indianpolis and my dad's a Bears fan. I guess you could say I hopped on the Packers bandwagon when I watched them play the Cowboys in the playoffs years ago, and have been rooting for the Pack ever since. Even though I became a fan on my own, I'm trying my hardest to raise my 3 kids as little Cheeseheads. I played football as a kid, but was never that good at it.

I'm an absolute football junkie and can never get enough of it.

Favoire all time Packers
Brett Favre (I've since forgiven him)
Reggie White
Dorsey Levens
Desmond Howard
Charles Woodson
Donald Driver
Aaron Rodgers
Jordy Nelson
Clay Matthews
Eddie Lacy
Julius Peppers

Non-Packer athletes
Reggie Miller
Rik Smits
Jalen Rose
Chaels Barkley
Michael Jordan
Peyton Manning
Ray Lewis
James Harrison
any other football player who helps my fantasy team

Movies
Pulp Fiction
Night of the Living Dead
Donnie Brasco
The Whole Nine Yards
JFK

Music
just about anything
