| I've obviously have been on the Matt Jones bandwagon since becoming a member. I don't think #7 is necessary, but who knows! I'm still reeling over the possibility he could go @ 18. Very interesting!! Thanks for the inside stuff. |

Well, if this holds true, it wouldn't surprise me if we took Jones at #7. I'd worry about it a little bit, simply because he hasn't played anything other than QB before, however, the upside is tremendous. Weird though, sounds like this guy thinks that he'd be a RB. Interesting idea, he'd probably pick that up a but quicker, but at 6 foot 6, i'm not sure that'd be too successful. I don't know, sounds like a blowhard to me. _________________

I am new to this sight, so hello everyone. I was born and raised in "God's Country", and have been bleeding purple since as far back as I can remember.
Enough about me though, as far as this anonymous #1 goes I have a strong feeling it could be Brandon Jacobs out of Southern Illinois. The guy is a beast averaging over 6 yards a carry since he put on pads, over 7 yards a carry in community college.
I could be wrong, but Matt Jones has been discussed by the gurus and I had to research a little to find anything about Brandon Jacobs. _________________ Here's to the Vikings winning the big one in my lifetime!! |

man jacobs is a beast...
i still remember 2 years ago when my boy was playing at rochester juco they got a bowl bid down south and played against bradon jacobs and got demolished singlehandedly...
score was like 60-10 or something my boy caught a td on an early bomb...but brandon jacobs had like close to three hundred yards or something...- was funny to watch tho. |

| I really hope that isn't true. If you plan on using a top pick on a player that is going to play a position he has never played before, you have got to be smoking crack. |
