if we could have anyone (within reason) fall to us at no.25, who do you think we would want? _________________

| Marcus Spears. He has the ability to play inside or outside and would be a BIG headache for offensive linemen to block in either position. |

You forgot Justin Tuck the mad dog pass rusher from Notre Dame. He did 24 reps and ran low 4.7s. He would make Denver fans forget R.Hayward ever played for the Broncos. _________________ POINT PROVEN!!!! |

i've done some research and the news isn't good. the broncos only have 4 draft picks in 2005. we have a first, second, sixth and seventh at this point. hopefully after we trade droughns and pryce, we'll have an extra second rounder plus a third rounder. but at this point, our pick situation doesn't look great. _________________

| Broncs should get a 3rd round compensation pick for the FA losses of B. Berry and Ian Gold last year. |

I would love the Broncos to pick up Brodney Pool. He is going to be a great cover safety which is what the Broncos were missing last year playing both Lynch and Kennedy and he would really help our coverage. Maybe we could trade one of our thirds to move up because I don't know if he would make it past the Packers who draft right before us. |

| I agree with the Pool bit. But we can't trade a third. Not allowed. There are a couple of other cover safetys that'll be available later if Pool is gone, even on day 2, like Virginia Tech's Vince Fuller or Ohio State's Dustin Fox. No one who could step in right away, though. Hopefully Pool's around at 25. How do you think Lynch would feel about SS. I think it's a natural. |
