Quote:
About 2:30 a.m. Monday, Byrd allegedly grabbed a woman's buttocks and a man who was nearby confronted Byrd, police said.

Byrd grabbed a beer bottle and struck the man in the head; the bottle broke and the man was taken to a hospital and needed stitches to close the wound, police said.

This doesn't sound like him. He was always a responsible player and never complained about playing or had any off the field problems.

It's a shame to hear this. He made a bad mistake.

I am not used to seeing Ram players showing up in Police blotters.

I don't think he should be cut; however, I see at least a one or two game suspension in his immediate future.
