#1. The Tennessee Titans Select ...Calvin Johnson WR G-Tech

The Most Explosive Offensive Player in this draft...even in a very
talented WR draft class Calvin Johnson stands several notches above.

#2. The San Fran 49ers Select ...Adrian Peterson RB Oklahoma

AP is probably a better pure RB than Reggie Bush and Ronnie Brown,
could be Hall of Fame Bound.

#3. The Buffalo Bills Select ...Brady Quinn QB Notre Dame

JP Loserman is a career back-up...Brady Quinn has the potential to
be a star in the league.

#4. The Minnesota Vikings Select...Patrick Willis ILB Mississippi

The Most Dominant Defender in the Draft. Patrick Willis will
immediately upgrade the Purple People Eaters Defense.

#5. The Oakland Raiders Select ...Gaines Adams DE Clemson

Sacks lead to Turnovers...and Gaines Adams is a Sack-Master.

#6. The Green Bay Packers Select...Dwayne Jarrett WR USC Jr.

If it wasn't for Calvin Johnson, Dwayne Jarrett would have been
the top player taken in this draft...A Great Combination of Size,
Speed, and Athletisism...Jarrett could be the Best USC WR Ever...
sorry Keyshawn and Mike Williams!

#7. The Cleveland Browns Select ...Joe Thomas OT Wisconsin

If he can come back from his injury of last season then he's a
top 10 pick. Joe Thomas is a BookEnd who reminds me a lot of
Robert Gallery.

#8. The Houston Texans Select ...LaRon Landry S LSU

The Biggest Hole on the team is the defensive backfield. Landry
is the LEADER that this team has been waiting for.

#9. The St. Louis Rams Select ...Paul Posluszny OLB Penn St.

The Rams need a lot of help, and I fear are in serious decline.
Poz is a nasty OLB who will intimidate any WR or RB running a
short route.

#10. The Washington Redskins Select ...Antoine Cason [CB Arizona Jr.]

Since losing Smoot and Bailey the Redskins have been looking
for the next great CB...and here he is! A Junior already sporting
a Pre-Season All American with incredible speed and ability.

#11. The NEW Orleans Saints Select ...Sam Baker OT USC

Jamaal Brown and Sam Baker would give the Saints the best OT combo
in the league...that plenty of protection for Brees, and lots of
talent on outside toss plays for Reggie Bush. You can't stop what
you can't touch.

#12. The New York Jets Select ...Kenny Irons RB Auburn

As a Jets Fan I almost hope that Marshawn Lynch does come
out a year early...Since I don't think he will Kenny Irons
is the obvious choice to replace C.Martin. Kenny Irons
needs to hit the weight room and bulk up a little...but he
is a workhorse with blazing speed.

#13. The Detroit Lions Select ...Drew Stanton QB Michigan State

Kitna is a short term solution...Mccown is not the long term answer
Drew Stanton is! He Plays Local College Football and has the Arm Power
and Accuracy to go along with his height.

#14. The Baltimore Ravens Select ...H.B. Blades ILB Pittsburgh

Blades is very close to P.Willis...but the Combine is show willis
to be the superior athelete. H.B. Blades is a leader and can't
be ignored on the football field...or he'll hurt you! This Ray Lewis'
Replacement.

#15. The Tampa Bay Buc$ Select ...Quentin Moses OLB* Georgia

The Best Tweener in this draft but the Buccs Draft him to play
OLB for them. Moses is a Sack Master who has speed and technique
to get to the QB. And When he does, it lights out!

#16. The New England Patriots Select...Daymeion Hughes CB California

Maybe a better prospect than Cason, Hughes will be able to start
right away in nickle situations...Great football insticts.

#17. The Pittsburg Steelers Select ...Michael Bush RB Louisville

Boom-boom-boom-boom <--- That's the sound Micheal Bush makes
when he runs you over at the goal line. The Steelers will miss
the Bus this season...but the Bus 2.0 will give you new hope in
2008.

#18. The Philadelia Eagles Select ...B. Meriweather S Miami

Dawkins is getting ready to pass the torch and Meriweather is
higher on many people's lists than Ed Reed was when he came out
of Miami.

#19. The San Diego Chargers Select ...Buster Davis ILB, Florida State

They were obviously hoping for Blades to fall to them, but instead
get the next best thing here in Buster Davis...Buster has a lot of
upside potential, but not as ready as Willis and Blades.

#20. The Carolina Panthers Select ...Greg Olsen [TE Miami FL]

Eventually one season the Panthers will take a TE and mess up
everyones draft board...and I think its this season. Olsen would
have contended for the first round last season.

#21. The Denver Broncos Select ...Michael Griffin FS Texas

The Broncos will be needing some help at S, Michael Griffin
will inject youth into an otherwise aged defensive backfield.

#22. The Arizona Cardinals Select ...Lawrence Jackson [DE, Southern California]

Two years in a row the cardinals take the best USC player to slide
to them in the first round. Jackson will have a top 15 billing
because many teams will covet Quinten Moses as a OLB...making
L.J The 2nd best DE after Gaines Adams

#23. The Dallas Cowboys Select ...Justin Blalock OT Texas

lol... I figured this was a lock! I guess since I am a Jets fan
I hated Fabini, and I wouldn't wish him on my worst enemy...even
the cowboys...trust me, you don't want Fabini! Blalock is Texas!
He plays for Texas U...and doesn't Hank Blalock play for the Texas
Rangers? And Justin has experience at Gaurd...

#24. The Jax Jaguars Select ...Zach Miller TE Arizona State

Think Heath Miller and Todd Heap and you get Zack Miller...and Another
Young Weapon for the Jaguars and Leftwich

#25. The Hot-Lanta Falcons Select ...Aaron Rouse SS VirginiaTech

I had to do it! The Falcons LOVE V-Tech. Aaron Rouse is a basically
a Very Fast LineBacker with average cover skills!

#26. The Chicago Bears Select ...Ted Ginn Jr. [WR Ohio State]

When Ginn Jr. is still available at #26 the Bears will finally
pull the trigger on another first round WR. Ginn is very fast
and runs excellent routes..but not as tall so doesnt get the jump
ball like Jarrett and C.Johnson.

#27. The Miami Dolphins Select ...Leon Hall CB Michigan

Leon Hall has great football insticts and is a ball hawk. He
could easily lead the nation in ints this season. Michigan fans
will draw comparisons to Charles Woodson like skills, without the
ego and issues.

#28. The Indianapolis Colts Select...Earl Everett OLB Florida

Small. Fast. & Packs a Punch! It seems the Colts defensive scheme
was made for Earl Everett.

#29. The Cincinati Bengals Select ...Tom Zbikowski SS Notre Dame

Zbik is a very popular player who will rise during the hype...cough.
But we'll see how he does this season. He does have a motor.

#30. The Seattle SeaHawks Select ...Adam Carriker DE Nebraska

The Seahawks are missing out on sacks by not having talent at DE.
Adam Carriker is a powerful moster who throws offenive linemen
out of the way. Carriker can take on a double team and still make
the takle.

#31. The New York Giants Select ...Lorenzo Booker RB Florida State

Maybe a little early here...but Tiki Barber is the Property of
Fox News and the Giants need to find some lightning quick. If
Booker runs a 4.45 why not give him that shot...he needs to just
play up to that speed...he always seems to be in slow motion.

#32. The Kansas City Cheifs Select ...Jeff Samardzija WR Notre Dame

I was thinking with so many great 2nd teir OT's that the chiefs would start
the run at the end of the first round...but they REALY need
a tall jump ball option at WR and Jeff has the size to get almost
any jump ball...so they go that route first.

---------------------------------------------------

ROUND 2

#1. The Tennessee Titans Select ...Levi Brown OT Penn State

Great Value at the start of the 2nd round...Levi Brown will
play RT for the Titans and give Vince Young and Lendale While
more time to find Calvin Johnson open in the back of the endzone

#2. The California 49ers Select ...Marcus McCauley CB Fresno State

The 49ers have been really weak at CB for a few seasons...if I were
them I would have taken Antrell Rolle over Alex Smith and then Taken
Matt Leinart last season..but thats me...the 49ers management are idiots!
But they do make a good pick here in Marcus McCauley!

#3. The Buffalo Bills Select ...Jake Long OT Michigan

The Bills Reach here for Jake Long instead of the other OTs with
similar rankings... Jake Long is the best PASS Blocker out of them,
so this pick is to protect Brady Quinn.

#4. The Minnesota Vikings Select ...Anthony Reddick FS Miami

The Vikings Continue to build up their defense by adding Patrick
Willis and not Anthony Reddick. Some would say that Reddick wouldn't
be as good if Meriweather wasn't on the other side...but no matter
what the offense gets shut down.

#5. The Oakland Raiders Select ...Quinn Pitcock DT Ohio State

It took a Long Time for the first DT to come off the board...the
problem is its the teams picking in the top 1/2 of the draft that
need DT's and their was better value in round 1. Quinn Pitcock
is a space eater with an endless motor...he could go a-lot higher.

#6. The Green Bay Packers Select ...Brian Leonard RB Rutgers

He's Not a Full Back! Even though he's built like one! He is
a Beast in Short Yardage and plays at top speed in the open field.
he doesn't play as slow as his 40 time...while most rbs don't play
as fast. he plays much bigger than he actually is and is swift
enough to find the open hole. He's a Rarity...and could be the
answer to greenbays backfield.

#7. The Cleveland Browns Select ...Josh Gattis FS Wake Forest

The Player that I expect to rise the most this season is Josh
Gattis. He will do great at the combine with his speed and seperate
himself from the rest of the pack. He could be the Donte Whitner
of this draft and somehow get drafted before Rouse and Zbik and Reddick!

#8. The Texas Texans Select ...Rufus Alexander OLB Oklahoma

He's the Best Player Available at a Need Position...they now
have a monster Defense and can start to rebuild their offense.
This team is going to be good in a few seasons!

#9. The St. Louis Rams Select ...Jordan Palmer QB Texas-El Paso

Shouldn't come as a suprise...The Rams haven't been the same
since Bulgers countless injuries...Jordan Palmer could go much
higher than this and be thier 1st round pick.

#10. The JETS via/ wash Select ...Frank Okam DT Texas

I think Okam will have a good season but then fall off after the
combine...their is no clear #1 DT in this draft...evenyone is 2nd
tier in my opinon.

#11. The NEW Orleans Saints Select ...Marcus Thomas DL Florida

Actually more athletic than Okam, Marcus Thomas could be a steal
this late in the draft. He's the only DT who can to the QB, but
often finds himself out of plays. Could be the Steal of the Draft.

#12. The New York Jets Select ...LaMarr Woodley DE/OLB Michigan

Since Quentin Moses will be converted to OLB, that makes Woodley
the best Tweener option in this draft...I didn't rig it to work out
this way...thank the Redskins!

#13. The Detroit Lions Select ...Tim Crowder DE Texas

An Unstoppable Force the Lions and Tim Crowder would be...he can take
on the double team and allow Ernie Sims and Boss Baily to line
them up and Destroy.

#14. The Baltimore Ravens Select ...Kyle Young C Fresno State

The Ravens Need to Add some push to the middle of their offensive
line if they are ever going to have an up/down running attack.

#15. The Tampa Bay Buc$ Select ...Brandon Mebane DT California

He's a Porker! Some will say that he's lazy...but he's a Beast
who can eat up double teams and allow the line backers to attack.

#16. The New England Patriots ...Keith Rivers LB Southern Cal

If he stays in school he's a first round pick Next Season...but
I doubt he stays, the Patriots get a raw product but the upside
potential is right there with Buster Davis.

#17. The Pittsburg Steelers Select ...Brian Daniels OG Colorado

This is the guy they need for short yardage and pass protection!
Brian Daniels will be one of those sneaky linemen who could find
their way into the first round.

#18. The Philadelia Eagles Select ..**A. Brooks in the Supplemental Draft "Prediction"!

Ahmad Brooks...Excellent Pick! And A STEAL This Late in the Draft
He has unbelievable upside potential is bound to be a pro-bowler
in the NFL in a few seasons.

#19. The San Diego Chargers Select ...Jason Hill WR Washington State

I am very high on Jason Hill being the last of the true top tier
WR's in this Draft...He's got the size and speed...we'll see
this season if he has the HEART. If so, the Chargers get the last
#1 WR in this draft.

#20. The Carolina Panthers Select ...David Clowney WR Virginia Tech

Steve Smith and David Clowney and Greg Olsen! That Would Be An
Unstoppable Passing Game! David Clowney is HANDS DOWN The Fastest
WR in this Draft...with VTech Track times in the 4.3 range...but
their track is known for being fast...so i expect 4.37...Oh and
Did I mention that he's OVER 6' tall!

#21. The Denver Broncos Select ...Baraka Atkins DE Miami

The Broncos might decide that getting the Browns Defensive line
wasn't really the best idea...so I expect them to start to upgrade
the line with this draft. Baraka Atkins is big and he can
get to the QB. He could play DE or DL position and take on double teams.

#22. The Arizona Cardinals Select ...Alan Branch, DT, Michigan

He's up He's Down He's Up He's Down Again...One Thing is for sure
if Alan Branch is Still on the Board When the Cardinals make their
pick he will be the name on the card.

#23. The Dallas Cowboys Select ...Jamarcus Russel QB - LSU

Don't say you don't need a QB of the Future...because you do!
You just want Troy Aikman again and want to use a #1 overall pick
to find your next Golden Boy...thats not gonna happen while
Parcells and T.O are in town. Jamarcus Russel could considered
1st Round Talent and ahead of Stanton and Palmer by the end of this
season...u should be happy to get him here.

#24. The Florida Jaguars Select ...Xavior Adibi [OLB Virginia Tech]

He would have been 1st round had he stayed another season. This
is their full time replacement for Odeki Adoyle, lol

#25. The Hot-Lanta Falcons Select ...Doug Free OT Northern Illinois

The Falcons like smaller OT's...but when Doug Free who is arguably
the BEST Run Blocking OT in this draft is still on the board, they
pull the trigger and find their lead man for the nfl's version of
the option play.

#26. The Chicago Bears Select ...Tarell Brown CB Texas

He's Still a raw talent...but shows glimmers of Pro-Bowl Talent
at times...the Bears obviously still need a CB and he's got
more upside than anyone left on the board.

#27. The Miami Dolphins Select ...Jarrett Hicks WR Texas Tech

This guys like 6'6 and he runs a 4.5 ...why is he still on the board
for the Dolphins? Because its a deep WR draft. Chambers and Hicks
would be a nice combo for a healthy Culpepper!

#28. The Indianapolis Colts Select ...Samson Satele OG Hawaii

Another Steal for the Colts...The 2nd best OG in the draft waiting
for them at #60 overall...and its a definate need position.

#29. The Cincinati Bengals Select ...A.J. Davis CB North Carolina State

Maybe not thier biggest need, but with 4.29 speed AJ DAVIS is
the fastest athlete in this draft bar none...He could go
late first to early 2nd but its a deep draft...

#30. The Seattle SeaHawks Select ...Steve Smith WR Southern Cal

The Loss of Juravicious will cost them the NFC championship against
the Giants...thats why they take the other Steve Smith to
play #3 WR.

#31. The New York Giants Select ...DeAndre Jackson, CB, Iowa State

A Great Value pick this late in the draft...The G-Men definately
need to add talent to the CB's since thats why they lost the Super
Bowl.

#32. The Kansas City Cheifs Select ...Ryan Harris OT Notre Dame 6-5 295 5.02 3

The Cheifs are the Super Bowl Champs they drafted a #1 WR in
Jeff Samardzija...Life is Good. But it gets better! Ryan Harris
has a Preseason 1st round tag and I think the only reason
why he doesn't go higher is because the other OTs were "specialists"
and Ryan Harris is an All Around above Average OT.

||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
ROUND 3: ROUND 3: ROUND 3: ROUND 3: ROUND 3: ROUND 3: ROUND 3:
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

#1. The Tennessee Titans Select ...Victor Abiamiri DE Notre Dame

It Must be great picking 1st in each round...Abiamiri is a STEAL
this late and he addressed a major need on your defense.

#2. The California 49ers Select ...Paul Williams WR Fresno State 6-2 212 4.52 1-2

He's Got all the Tools to be a star in the NFL...but he needs
to put it all together. Nonetheless a solid replacement for
Brandon Lloyd.

#3. The Buffalo Bills Select ...Anthony Waters ILB Clemson 6-3 242 4.64 2

The Middle of the Bills Defense has always been their biggest
weakness...they drafted Waters to close up those gaps.

#4. The Minnesota Vikings Select ...Ken Darby RB Alabama 5-10 205 4.55 1

He will look great this season...but then he's only run in the
4.57 range and will lose a lot of his hype coming into the draft
but he will be added to Chester Taylor in a commitee attack.

#5. The Oakland Raiders Select ...Clark Harris TE Rutgers 6-6 255 4.84 2-3

Maybe the Steal of the Draft. He's a Great Blocker and He runs
great routes and goes after the ball. He is way underrated
and should have been a 2nd round pick...but measurables aren't there.

#6. The Green Bay Packers Select ...Eric Weddle DB Utah

I see a bright future for Weddle in the NFL...he's got the speed
and the instincts but he should go to the gym and bulk up for
this season and knock someones hat off...that'll make sportscenter!

#7. The Cleveland Browns Select ...Oscar Lua ILB Southern Cal 6-1 242 4.63 2

Could be the best Value pick of the 3rd round. Lua is is a lot
like Lofa Tatupu...and could end up being the suprise ROY.

#8. The Texas Texans Select ...Courtney Lewis RB Texas A&M 6-0 208 4.46 2-3

The Texans passed on Reggie Bush and are stuck with Dominic Davis
this season...Courtney Lewis is sitting right under their noses at A&M
and will add that spark to their Running Game.

#9. The St. Louis Rams Select ...Andre Caldwell WR Florida

Caldwell to replace Bruce, Caldwell is very under rated and
could be just as good as Chad Jackson at times and Caldwell
has all the measurables..but he's a Florida WR and the NFL GMs
are still spooked. Chad Jackson is the guini pig and its going
to take a season to three to see if he's another bust.

#10. The Wash. Redskins Select ...Matt Spaeth TE Minnesota 6-6 270 4.88 2
#11. The NEW Orleans Saints Select ...Prescott Burgess OLB Michigan 6-3 244 4.73 2-3
#12. The New York Jets Select ...Steve Breaston WR Michigan
#13. The Detroit Lions Select ...David Irons CB Auburn 5-10 188 4.46 2
#14. The Baltimore Ravens Select ...Mason Crosby, K Colorado
#15. The Tampa Bay Buc$ Select ...Mike Otto OT Purdue

#16. The New England Patriots ...Justin Harrell DT Tennessee
#17. The Pittsburg Steelers Select ...John Sullivan C Notre Dame 6-4 302 5.05 2-3
#18. The Philadelia Eagles Select ...LoRen Howard DE Northern Ill.
#19. The San Diego Chargers Select ...Manuel Ramirez OG Texas Tech 6-4 338 5.34 3

#20. The Carolina Panthers Select ...Zach Catanese SS Arizona State 6-3 225 4.57 3
#21. The Denver Broncos Select ...Arron Sears OT Tennessee
#22. The Arizona Cardinals Select ...Ryan Kal'il C Southern Cal 6-3 295 4.98 3
#23. The Dallas Cowboys Select ...Wes Smith, FS Memphis
#24. The Florida Jaguars Select ...Marquice Cole CB NorthWestern 5-10 185 4.38 2

#25. The Hot-Lanta Falcons Select ...Jay Alford DT Penn State 6-3 290 4.98 2-3
#26. The Chicago Bears Select ...Joe Newton, TE, Oregon State
#27. The Miami Dolphins Select ...Mike Jones OT Iowa 6-5 305 5.08 3
#28. The Indianapolis Colts Select ...Marcus Hamilton CB Virginia 6-0 188 4.51 2-3
#29. The Cincinati Bengals Select ...Troy Smith QB Ohio State
#30. The Seattle SeaHawks Select ...Kasey Studdard OG Texas 6-3 305 5.23 3

#31. The New York Giants Select ...Tim Shaw OLB Penn State
#32. The Kansas City Cheifs Select ...Willie Williams LB Miami

Brohm,Lynch,Hamilton,Rice,Booth,Siler,ect...All Stay in school for another year...If he's not in my draft he's not going to declare!

ehh cant say i like much about the browns draft...

1st is position of course but who knows...i wouldnt be surprised if we picked around 12 again but weve only improved on last year, its just our schedule is tough...

2nd is in the first i doubt we'd take o-line we have two tackles that are or at least should be more than adequete

3rd...we dont need a fs, it seems like all we have is fs's...we need a hard hitting strong safety

4th...we just drafted 2 ilb's this year dq jackson in the 2nd and leon williams in the 4th, plus our olb chaun thompson is attempting to switch to the mlb position as well

id suggest a de, ss, the oline depth...but we all know the draft is a year away, but thats all i have to say about where we are now

wow great job overall on this mock and especially for 3 rounds this early in the year.......

i will guarantee you that the Titans will not be choosing #1 pick next year with all the additions that we made in the offseason this year and making some good picks last year with the #3 pick overall. I think we will be around the 10th pick or so in the draft.....

Quote:
#1. The Tennessee Titans Select ...Calvin Johnson WR G-Tech

perfect pick.....if we can somehow find a way to get him then its a steal becasue IMO hes going to be one of the top 5 WR in the NFL for years to come with his size and explosiveness as our #1 WR. He would lead us for years to come alongside of Drew Bennett as our starting core.

Quote:
#1. The Tennessee Titans Select ...Levi Brown OT Penn State

another great pick for us...We still need another player on the OL right now with Hopkins retiring at the end of last year. Levi Brown is a top 5 or so OT in this draft and is a great pick for us in the 2nd round.

Quote:
#1. The Tennessee Titans Select ...Victor Abiamiri DE Notre Dame

yet another great pick IMO. We need another pass rusher for the future to play alongside of KVB and stop teams from double teaming him in the upcoming years and Abiamiri is a great pick for us. Maybe not BPA but he definately fills a position for us that needs filled.

As much as I would love to actually get a TE involved in the passing game for the Panthers, i think we would go safety there. Either Michael Griffin or Zibby would look good in a Panther's uni. As for Clowney, i think it is an alright pick, but after this season, we might have a player already that can do the things Clowney does. Drew Carter is the fatest player on our team (yes faster than Smith) and is like 6'2'' I believe. If he can shake the injury bug and play like he did in his limited playing time down the stretch last season, he could very well be the eventual replacement for Keyshawn when he retires. If he doesn't pan out, Clowney would be a good pick, although I think we might go also go OT or OG depending on how some other players perform this year. i like how you had us picking a safety in round 3 since you don't have them getting one earlier, but like I said, I would rather have Zibby or Griffin.

And, i almost restrained myself, but.......the Panthers missing the playoffs? Shame on you . lol

#2. The San Fran 49ers Select ...Adrian Peterson RB Oklahoma

AP is probably a better pure RB than Reggie Bush and Ronnie Brown,
could be Hall of Fame Bound.

If we pick there and Calvin is gone, then with 100% certainty, Peterson is the pick.

I like Smith more than Leinart, and not just because I'm a 49er fan. You will see why this season. Antrell Rolle in no way deserved our #1 pick last year. If it was anyone but Smith, than it was Braylon Edwards. We do need a corner at some point in this draft, but we also need a true #1 reciever. Do you think Williams fits that role? Two people have learned Norv Turner's system faster than Alex. Those were Troy Aikman and Drew Brees.

#2. The California 49ers Select ...Paul Williams WR Fresno State 6-2 212 4.52 1-2

He's Got all the Tools to be a star in the NFL...but he needs
to put it all together. Nonetheless a solid replacement for
Brandon Lloyd
.

Get your mind around this. We got Antonio Bryant. He is more than a replacement for Brandon Lloyd, a # 2 reciever that was unwilling to go over the middle and spent too much time rapping. He was overhyped based on a couple of excellent catches. We are looking for a #1 replacement for long gone TO, not another #2. I don't mean to be overly aggressive about this, but Lloyd truly was more than replaced this offseason.

I stopped reading after you said Denver's defensive backfield was aged.

our 4 starters...

John Lynch, 34. old
Nick Ferguson, 31. old
Champ Bailey, 28. not young anymore
Darrent Williams, 23. young

i'm pretty sure he was just talking about our safeties anyways, in which case he'd be 100% right. great picks throughout for the broncos.

I like the Philly draft, but in round 3 we'd go Wes Smith or Willie Williams. DE is more of a 5th-6th round need, not really a "need" at all.

I love the Titans' draft, excellent job. I just don't think we will pick #1 overall, though.

The Cowboy's 1st round pick would be Ginn, Palmer or Samardzija. Fabini isn't even the favorite to start right now at RT. A WR or QB for the future is much more important than a player who will play OG in the pros.

I don't like Jamarcus Russel. No one is going to deny the need of a QB for the future, but I just don't like Russel as a player.
