Ok, is he leaving or not. I know that he has been complaianing about not getting enough balls thrown his way( i think he only got 5 catches on the patriots game and 35 for season). I hope he stays, because he is more of a deep threat where as Hines Ward is good on short pass and same with the TEs. But I actually like Randle El better than Plex, because i havent seen Randle El complain too much. I heard that Plex made his decision like 10 mins after the game, how unselfish. I hope he leaves I dont like him just like how I dont like Cowboys fans, LOL.

Has anybody read or heard Ben's comments on keeping Burress. I thought it was a lot for him to come out and so vocally endorse keeping this 1 particular player. Does this actually help, what do you think?

Burress will leave for greener pastures.

He doesn't care about being one game away from the SB. He wants to be "da man" on a lesser team.

He needs to take a good long look in the mirror.

Buress probably will leave he is to focused on himself. As far as Ben goes he said that any time Plax leaving was mentioned wether it was playoffs or postseason so we know what he wants. As far as Plax becoming a Giant I'd rather have that than him going to the Vikings were espn reported he is interested in.

Well, Plax going to NY would give another upcoming rookie (now second year i guess) QB a downfield threat. I'd much rather see him catching passes from Roethlisberger though.

Michael Eisen, of Giants.com is reporting that the Giants are no longer interested in Burress and have withdrawn all offers originally discussed. He met with them on Wed. and went to dinner, then was supposed to continue today, but the report I read was time stamped at 11:30AM, so I guess he didn't impress or told them he really was more interested in Min. We will see!!

His agent is saying that he may only accept a 1year deal wherever he goes because he doesn't want to be tied up in a contract which doesn't reflect his true worth. At this rate the Steelers may get him back for the league veteran minimum! He'd be pretty good on special teams!

He missed the first meeting because he was "sick".
He was late for the second meeting.
Coughlin fines guys who show up 5 minutes EARLY.

All he was trying to do was use the Giants as leverage.

Now I see Philly has shown some interest....Philly....NYG....same division....
