Painfully enough, I have to say Cowboys-as long as T.O. doesn't tank them in under a year, which is all together possible.

the Leos, had the best offseason.

Mike martz...Ernie Sims... SOlid pickups.

Not sold on Martz myself. I know a lot of people claim that he is some type of offensive genius.... but I don't see it. He had some serious talent in St. Louis that he doesn't have in Detroit. I also consider him a control freak and a bit psycho - Marinelli will get into a serious head butting contest with this guy before it's all said and done.

I like Sims, he's a solid pickup. The Lions defense is severely underrated and may catch some teams by surprise this year.

i dont like martz...he is a good offensive cord but he isnt a black and blue kind of guy like mirrenelli. he doesnt run the ball enough.

With Martz in the Div. it kind of looks like the Bears knew they would need extra DB, I'm also glad we picked up 1 more speed rusher.

yea buddy ur right the bears based their pick of a db and a dl bc the lions scare us so much with their 14 qb's and 6 wr flops...the only thing the lions have that is decent is the D

I picked the Lions but I still think they will be a relatively weak team this year, even with their improvement over the spring. It just shows how far they have to go. Bears fans dont mind that though I am sure. Wink

I believe that the Lions Had the best offseason because they cleand house and have all new coaches. I know that when Lovie and the boys came on they didn't take long to get the Bears turned around. the Lions have decent players to work with, and no more Harrington. The vet.QB should make an impact early and Marenilli will have the D playing hard.

My vote is detroit. Kitna or McCown will make their receivers better by miles and with kevin jones in the backfield, this offense will be tough come the latter points of the season when it starts rolling. Still, in the end, Da Bears take the north.

I say Cowboys because you know this is an even year 2006 which means TO is going to play his heart out and then be a jackass in 07!
