I think it was more like the opportunity for new people to be mods, which is very cool, VD is already a global mod so moderating an individual forum is no big for him, as for JCool, he also moderates multiple forums, this way theJ gets an opportunity and HiFi gets to expand on being mod of the Raiders forum. Hope that is a good explanation
