| If Ronnie Brown goes #2 overall will you guys still look for an RB in the draft and either stick where you are or trade down for Cadillac or Benson? I think the Browns have made some great changes. I like bring in Dilfer to manage the game, but if your QBs only job is to "manage" the game, then you MUST have a running game. Like Dilfer did with the Ravens when we won the superbowl, all he did was manage the game, but we also had one of the best defenses of all time and Priest Holmes and Jamal Lewis. I dont think you can expect Dilfer to manage the game with Suggs and William Green running the ball, you guys need a workhorse. So my question is are you gonna stick with what you got or draft someone? |

See the many other threads concerning Suggs. RB is one of our last needs. _________________ The Brownie: The best logo for the Cleveland Browns, EVER! |

No. The ravens won because of defence and a weapon on offense. The Browns have a weapon. K2.
Do a post like this. Name Phillies starting back field from this past super bowl. HUMMMMM. Get it?
The Browns need some help on both sides, but we are getting close. _________________ In the years to come, The Browns will win the SUPER BOWL again, and AGAIN. |

i think Jamal Lewis, Priest Holmes and Shannon Sharpe are a better set of weapons then Lee Suggs, Williams Green and Kellen Winslow dont you? Howcome you guys dont want an RB?

Brian Westbrook isnt a great RB, but he is a great all around player. Plus Phili didnt have Trent Dilfer, they had Donovan McNabb, big difference. |

Suggs and Winslow are fine. And we have 10x better recievers than you guys had.
The only thing we need this year on the offensive side is lineman. A QB and WR would be good next year. Suggs will get a shot this year. _________________ The Brownie: The best logo for the Cleveland Browns, EVER! |

| ok well if you guys feel confident with Suggs that fine with me, id just be happier with a workhorse RB. anyways, in that case, assuming Ronnie Brown goes at 2, i guess youl take Derrick Johnon right? |

They don't want good players man.
They can just get a running back in the 6th round.
Yeah like Terrel Davis right browns fans! Thats the CLE logic!
No one in the draft is worth their 3rd pick. They're just going to keep it because they're in love with it sooooo much!

Don't need one.
Shape was a role, your backfield was your weapon on O.
No fair to compare your weapon to ours when ours hasn't gotten to full speed yet. Suggs is really good. So is Willie if he puts down that dam pipe. I personally think Green is gone. So let's ask, Suggs and who behing the best FB in the leauge, (I really think that) and a revamped OF now with Joe A. and I hope C. Coleman.
See what I mean, we are on our way. There is still pieces to get but you won the super bowl. By the was with our old team and that really sucks but anyway, the Browns are getting close.
The real question throught all of the possibilities is this, do you think Mr. Savage is going to win another Super Bowl? _________________ In the years to come, The Browns will win the SUPER BOWL again, and AGAIN. |

Canadian is drinking again.
Again not fair with the Philly thought. McNabb didn't win the Super Bowl. You did with Dilfer. Mcnabb didn't with TO. Suggs has not shown his best.
Again. Do you think Mr. Savage will win another Super Bowl? _________________ In the years to come, The Browns will win the SUPER BOWL again, and AGAIN. |

The Browns are going to draft defensively this year. OL is being improved in FA, so we're going to give Suggs, Dilfer, Winslow and our receivers a try at being good.
Next year will be a "offensive" draft. Better QBs, WRs, and OLs. RBs come and go. We can get a good RB in FA. _________________ The Brownie: The best logo for the Cleveland Browns, EVER! |

Regarding 6th round picks. Didn't a three time Super Bowl and counting come from the 6th round? Who would you pick, Mr. Bud? _________________ In the years to come, The Browns will win the SUPER BOWL again, and AGAIN. |

you cannot rely on late rounders to become stars.
But, that being said, next year's QB class is better for the Browns. _________________ The Brownie: The best logo for the Cleveland Browns, EVER! |

I do believe your right. We will get defense help in this years first round.
But the only O help I would consider in the first round is M. Williams because of the possibilities. _________________ In the years to come, The Browns will win the SUPER BOWL again, and AGAIN. |

Geez, Patriot, as a fellow Canadian give it up..all the success has gone to your head..
I cannot wait for that Patriots time bomb to explode...cause when it does, its gonna be nasty.
Not all the draft picks in the next three years are going to save that franchise, mark my words..3 years, and they nothing but a shell of them former selves.
I wouldnt be surprised if they didnt make the playoffs this coming year. |

Yeah i bet they won't.
How has success gone to my head? Because im talking in a browns forum about their draft? lol
Bart....your an idiot. Im not even going to address anything you say anymore. If all you has is eeeeah, look at the pats... the won SB's with a sixth round pick then your just proving you know nothing. Go ahead a take a sixth round QB and enjoy the 3 wins you get out of him next year. _________________
