The same thing was said when Gibbs was hired. Everyone knew that he didn't control personel issues his first time around. Hopefully Dan will figure it out and get a GM before the next offseason. |

not liekly that will ever happen...Snyder feels he needs a guy like vinny he can tell what to do.
And gibbs just like all the other coaches wants control over player personnel, and I don't think Snyder will ever take that from him. So,
I don't think Snyder will ever have a GM!

I don't believe that for a second. I think Gibbs would welcome a GM, just maybe not if it was Vinny. |
