We all watched poor Benny face New England in the playoffs. When he matures he may one day become a dominant player like Michael Clayton. Don't give up on your QB just yet! |

Derrick Johnson is worth #5, in fact he may be gone before that. He is a sure fire for making an impact right away. He is just a younger Derrick Brooks. |

AGREED! Greise2Clayton doesn't understand that it is harder to play defense than offense and DJ dominates the field sideine to sideline...Derrick Johnson not worth it??? |

The Bucs won't take Derrick Johnson at #5. Not when you can get a Derek Wake in the fifth round and let Marinelli develop his potential. This is why the Bucs pay Marinelli the big bucks. He will find talent in the 3rd round or beyond to develop and plug into the system when needed. We have $9 million of cap space invested in Brooks this year anyway. Buc defense was 5th overall in 2004 and 1st against the pass. Stop being a doofus manilathrilla and learn the Buc system. Let DJ go to a team with an absolute pressing need for defense now. They won't know how to best use Johnson anyway. _________________ How much more offensive can our line get? |

What I meant to say is that Derrick Johnson is an extremely talented prospect, likely the best defensive player in the draft if not overall, but not worth a #5 pick TO THE BUCS.... especially if Mike Williams were still available. If not, some other team should have a more pressing need for DJ and hopefully a deal can be made. Unfortunately because of the salary cap problem, the Bucs like many other teams, are really not in a position to take the best player available without regard to need. _________________ How much more offensive can our line get? |

And you need to win the big game before you come on our show and mouth off. You didn't win it this year but I guess at least you haven't lost anybody and gotten worse. Oh wait a minute... |

| The only 2 players that the bucs should pick unless they trade down is Mike Williams, who will be a stud with Clayton or Derrick Johnson who will also be a very dominant player in the NFL especially now that he has bulked up to 242 |

Absolutely, totally agree. If either is on the board we take him, if both gone then trade down or take one of the RB's but that's the last option. |

| Im personally not a big fan of Carnell's physical attributes, yet he has it goin onm up stairs, he KNOWs how to run and from what i hear he has a better work ethic than either of the two top running backs. So..lets wait and see what the next messed up decision Gruden is gonna make |

Don't worry Gruden will take Williams which ever one is available. If Mike is gone they will take Carnell but they are happy with a healthy Garner and a improving Pittman but if Mike is gone they won't pass him up. _________________ POINT PROVEN!!!! |
