Makes sense. As much as people want to trash talk Cutler, he did fairly well for himself in Gase's system.

Cutler isn't bad. He's just not a very consistent player and hasn't had great talent around him all the time to help him. He could actually put up a very good season this year.

Dolphins fans won't mind him. They're pretty cool, laid-back people.

Bears fans routinely acted like he walked into their home, kicked their dog, and pushed their mother down the stairs.

Yeah, you'd think so and then you claim Chris Chambers isn't a pro bowl caliber receiver one too many times and suddenly they're not so laid back.

Miami is predicted to go 10-6. Gase found ways to use Cutler to his best advantage. Could Miami catch the Pats admiring their trophies?

Miami is projected as a potential WC with KC. Could they go further? Cool

Solid signing. Im far from a Cutler fan, but he is average for a starting QB, and the Dolphins are lucky to be able to find even an average one in August. The Vikings had to trade a first round pick to get an average QB last preseason. Good for the Phins....although I still see 8-8 at best in their future.
