That was not the guy I was thinking of, Sam Mongometry was (Cut in 2013 before his rookie year even ended) was a 3rd rounder, but thanks.

I mean 95% its never really good to be in the news in July and i'm sure the Texans aren't thrilled about it but i don't think he gets suspended

I'd expect a two to four game suspension. I personally disagree with the law, but it's that way for the same reason guns aren't allowed in bars in most places. I didn't like him as a prospect anyway.
