Flores had 5 losing seasons and has a record of 97 - 87
Dungy had 1 losing season and has a record of 139 - 69

Flores won a Super Bowl with a roster he inherited that had 4 veteran HOFers Art Shell, Gene Upshaw, Ted Hendricks, Ray Guy + Cliff Branch(much more deserving of HOF than Flores)

Dungy struggled to win a Super Bowl in Tampa with a SB team- Gruden replaces him and wins the SB his 1st year there... Dungy struggled in the playoffs- And he had Manning-

The team Dungy left didn't have an offence capable of winning the Super Bowl. Gruden brought in seven FAs who made big contributions offensively, plus he made a big difference himself with his ability to gameplan.

The flaw of the Dungy/ Manning teams was that if you stop Manning, you stop the Colts. On the other hand, he got a defence one month removed from a historically bad performance to play incredibly well in the playoffs and help the team win a Super Bowl.

Dungy never got fired for having a record of under .300 either.

I don't think either should be in the Hall of Fame Flores had an inherited roster and was a bad regular season coach. Dungy was a terrible playoff coach.

Give me Flores on this 1. Dungy's a good coach but that playoff record is a bit concerning.
