Good for both parties. He has his flaws, but he's in that top 5-8 area.

Kansas City's timing this off season has been....suspect.

I mean, if things were heading down this path, I have to imagine it happened before the last few months...they should have struck on Ballard while he was there. The Dorsey thing is just odd.

Reid is a solid coach. May be the Marty Schottenheimer of this generation of coaches.

ballard wanted the power, it's why he waited as long as he did for a GM job. He'd always be second fiddle to Reid here.
