Per Rotoworld the Browns have locked up LB Christian Kirksey through 2021 the deal includes 20 million dollars guaranteed

So he's playing under a new contract this season? I thought he was under contract this year.

If it's through 2020, this year probably is one of the 4-year.

Big kiss vs. what he would have been paid under the previous contract.

I've seen a couple people say 2021. So it probably starts next year and Rotoworld was just off.

Outstanding move by the front office. Identify who your core players are going to be going forward - and pay them accordingly. No reason to let an unextended player start festering bad feelings

Glad they got it done. Front 6 is locked up for awhlle with Collins and Kirksey signing extensions and the DL being loaded with rookie deals

Exactly best pick of Farmer for the pick to value.

I would actually say Kirksey had achieved first round value to our team.

To miss out on both Manziel and Gilbert Kirksey and Bitonio panning out definitely Softens the blow.

I think he signed a but below market value I think he would of got 3-5 more on the open market. I think Both parties did well.
