Pretty much a crap or get off the pot year for him IMO. Either he becomes someone our QB can lean on in hard times or we need to move on which I think is fair.

- be available at least 15/16 games

- 600 + 600

- 10 - 12 tds total

I think 10-12 total TDs would be a reach tho. The top tier backs put up those kind of numbers with an outlier back here or there but those outlier RBs were still getting a full work load. I dont think Duke would get that.

I think Duke's sweet spot should be around 6-8 total TDs. If he gets 10+ TDs the Browns are going to be a playoff team then. Looking at the past couple years and looking at the RBs who had 10+ Total TDs, It seemed like 90% of those players were on teams that went to the playoffs.

Crow's TD production should be around 10-12

I agree with everything you said above. If I was this front office and in the secret meetings, we decide that Duke's ypc ARE indicative of the player's potential, I keep his looks (carries or receptions) low this year until we resign him to a reasonable contract. Then we try to use him like a Gio Bernard. So far, though, my eye balls see a very average looking player when I watch him. I've seen some late round nobodies pop out in games and am still waiting for one trait in Duke to stand out, though the guy seems like solid depth. I hope I'm wrong, of course.
