We do this pretty much every year. Now that the draft is complete and we've made our UDFA signings, it's time to start thinking about how the final 53 will shake out. It's still early, and things may change, but here is my first stab at it:

2016 Thread

Starters in bold, rookies are italicized and purple font is not currently signed (speculative).

QB: Flacco, Mallett (2)
RB: West, Allen, Woodhead (3)
WR: Wallace, Perriman, Moore, Campanero, Keenan Reynolds (5)
TE: Pitta, Williams, Gillmore, Boyle, Waller (5)
OL: Stanley, Urschel, Mangold, Yanda, Lewis, Jensen, Nembot, Siragusa, Eluemenor (9)

Total Offense - 24

DL: Williams, Pierce, Urban, Davis, Kaufusi, Wormley, Henry (7)
OLB: Suggs, Judon, Z. Smith, Bowser, Williams (5)
ILB: Mosely, Correa, Onwuasor, McClellan (4)
CB: Smith, Carr, Young, Humphrey, Canady (5)
DB: Webb, Levine (2)
S: Weddle, Jefferson, Clark (3)

Total Defense - 26

K: Tucker (1)
P: Koch (1)
LS: Cox (1)

Total Special Teams - 3

Other Notables
PUP: N/A
Suspended: Dixon
To PS: Tim White, Roubbens Joseph, Beyer, Skura
Cut: Watson, LTF

I put Nick Mangold in as a late FA signing. I think we eventually sign a vet at the position and the OL is a place I could definitely see some shake-up over what I have above. Ultimately, I think the team keeps Nembot over a guy like Skura for extra depth at the tackles. Move on from Hurst.

I could see Clark hitting the practice squad possibly as well as McClellan being cut if the team wants to shift a roster spot over to the offensive side of the ball.

Looking forward to seeing others' thoughts.

With Dixon on the suspended list to start the season. The final few cuts were Taliferro, Price, and Skura. No tight ends cut because I think Waller is basically a receiver anyways and then one of them (Boyle) will be used as a lead blocker when necessary. It looks thin at ILB but McClellan will play there too, especially if/when Bowser takes the starting SAM spot. Campanaro and/or Reynolds are the returners.

Prediction before training camp starts with the roster as it is currently:

QB: Joe Flacco / Ryan Mallett
RB: Terrance West / Danny Woodhead / Lorenzo Taliaferro
FB: Ricky Ortiz
WR: Jeremy Maclin / Mike Wallace / Breshad Perriman / Chris Moore / Keenan Reynolds
TE: Crockett Gillmore / Nick Boyle / Benjamin Watson
OT: Ronnie Stanley / James Hurst / De'Ondre Wesley
OG: Marshal Yanda / Alex Lewis / Nico Siragusa / Jermaine Eluemunor
C: John Urschel / Ryan Jensen

DL: Brandon Williams / Michael Pierce / Brent Urban / Carl Davis / Bronson Kaufusi / Chris Wormley / Willie Henry
OLB: Terrell Suggs / Matt Judon / Tyus Bowser / Tim Williams / Za'Darius Smith
ILB: C.J. Mosley / Kamalei Correa / Albert McClellan / Patrick Onwuasor
CB: Jimmy Smith / Brandon Carr / Marlon Humphrey / Maurice Canady / Brandon Boykin
S: Eric Weddle / Tony Jefferson / Lardarius Webb / Anthony Levine / Chuck Clark

K: Justin Tucker
P: Sam Koch
LS: Morgan Cox

IR: Tavon Young

PUP: Michael Campanaro / Maxx Williams

SUS: Kenneth Dixon / Darren Waller

Yup, I went with both Taliaferro and Ortiz making it. Lorenzo is a better pure runner than Buck Allen and the team needs to keep it's special teams oomph to go with McClellan, Onwuasor, and Levine. Reynolds gets the returning spot for me. No other reason than I think he has more upside than Whalen or Bell. If Campanaro doesn't start on the PUP list he gets the nod instead.

It hurt me to put Hurst on there, but as it is now all signs are pointing to him starting at right tackle. Tears have been shed.

The defense was pretty easy overall. No surprises in the front seven and the only other thing I could see happening in the secondary are the spots for Boykin and Clark being different. Brandon makes the most sense to me since Baltimore needs a depth slot corner. Clark is a special teams guy and that takes priority at that point on the depth chart. If not him it's probably another corner unless Otha Foster, Boseko Lokombo, Bam Bradley, or Donald Payne really impress.

I have the exact same players. I do hope though, that either a Taquan Mizzell or Tim White shows something to make the roster.

Taliaferro might not be a favorite for many of us, but I believe the coaching staff see him as a key ST player, who usually forms one of the 2 man walls on returns and does a pretty good job.

I still hope they end up with Mangold FWIW. Were that to happen, he'd likely play C and Jensen would be the starting LG.
