I never realised Lemieux had so many KOs to be honest.

Really looking forward to both these fights

So bummed Wlad/Fury has been postponed due to a calf injury to Wlad. Hopefully it is rescheduled in November.

As for GGG/Ward split, if GGG does well in his PPV then he will deserve more. He hasn't accomplished as much as Ward, but he will have more drawing power. Ward may be on the UC of Canelo/Cotto, while GGG headlines his own card. Granted, Canelo/Cotto is one of the biggest cards of the last 10 years.

I laughed a bit when I heard he wanted 50/50. Yes he has accomplished more, but the guy didn't fight all of last year (still nominated FOY at the ESPYs lol), and his last fight was on BET. Drawing power isn't there.

GGG already got a lot of exposure since moving to LA and fighting there. Fight at MSG will only help. Even with Ward being on the Canelo vs Cotto card, GGG would be compelled to fight the winner of Canelo/Cotto. Fight with Ward would still be there next year.

I'm not sure, I think Ward ends up going after Kovalev next year if GGG doesn't happen early next year. GGG isn't getting the winner of Canelo vs Cotto.

Then why have all his recent fights had such underwhelming sales? He should be in May weather territory with that record.

Guessing he has a hard time finding good fighters that want to fight him. He had some injuries and fought 2 stiffs most recently.

I'll be honest...just because ggg is must-watch tv.....I really don't care to see him ko some bum like Lemieux.

Takes 2 to make a fight

Ward draws well in Oakland but that's it. GGG could draw in the West and East coast, but doesn't mean they shouldn't fight. Loeffler himself said 50/50 would be fair but I doubt he sticks with that after the PPV. Still hope it happens and GGG doesn't stay around MW to fight inferior competition. Once Ward moves up to LHW, GGG will have no great challenger at 160 or 168.

The draw in the Kassi-Arreola still bugs me. Breazale is a slow starter so we'll see if he prove himself.

Wow. Worst decision ever. Had it either a draw or Kassi by a point.

100-90 Breazale? That's a joke.

Yep, either 6-4 Kassi or a draw. All three scorecards were trash, especially 100-90 which is one of the worse cards I have ever seen.

Poor Kassi, continues to get jobbed.

It sucks because he's a class act and deep down he knows he won. Guy even came out in a Crimson Tide shirt.

Yeah, I mean he even gave Breazeale credit but he knows the deal.
