Guess NYJ/SF are all in for tank with the 2018 QB class. 😳

Curt Menefee: "So, Jay, what do you make of the coach's decision to run that play, there?"
Jay Cutler (cigarette in hand): "Whatever, man. I don't care."

Seriously though, if someone told me both Romo and Cutler would retire and go work for Fox instead I would've called you crazy.

With all the teams set to start crappy QBs this summer, it's weird to me the top two available QBs both decide to retire.

Glad my team plays on CBS for the most part.

Jay's on camera personality has always been great, at least since he came to Chicago. Really looking forward to hearing him, though I do wish he had a shot to play for a winner before he retired.

Week 9:

*Fox has announced that Jay Cutler has come down with a sore throat and the sniffles and will be sidelined indefinitely.*

*Joe Buck and Troy Aikman have come out in vocal support of their colleague and have his back.*

In other news, Tony Romo will be out the rest of the season with a broken jaw from chewing gum.

Good for Cutler. Always liked the guy, wish him all the best here. Thought some team would have signed him though.

So long, Smoking Jay Cutler.

I think Fox got the better of the two deals here. Romo is going to be that bland, milquetoast guy who won't say anything interesting. Cutler is a guy I'd expect to pop-off.

$112 million in earnings. Not bad for an average QB.

Are we sure this isn't an analyst for John Fox?

Not all THAT surprising TBH.

When even a win-now team like Houston won't sign you, you better believe your playing days are numbered.

Good to know he was able to find a gig SOMEWHERE, though.

According to him I guess he was considering the Jets but decided to retire.

Awww. I'm sad. I loved Cutler being in the league, for all the antics and laughs he provides.

GOAT body language and on-field/sideline demeanor. Crying or Very sad
