With the draft over, we can begin looking forward to roster composition - what surprise cuts will there be? Which rookie UDFA will become the (massively overrated) forum favorite?

Current 92 man roster, including unsigned draft picks (UDFAs in brackets, updated as they are signed):

Quote:

QB (3.): Brady, Brissett, Garoppolo

RB (7.): Bolden, Burkhead, DJ Foster, Gillislee, Dion Lewis, James White (LeShun Daniels)

FB (2.): James Develin, Glen Gronkowski

WR (10.): Amendola, Cooks, Edelman, Hogan, Devin Lucien, Mitchell, Devin Street (Austin Carr, Cody Hollister)

TE (7.): Allen, Gronkowski, Housler, Lengel, O’Shaughnessy, Williams (Jacob Hollister)

OT (8.): Cannon, Fleming, Antonio Garcia (R), Connor McDermott (R) Solder, Waddle (Cole Croston, Max Rich)

OG (7.): Barker, Jamil Douglas, Chase Farris, Karras, Mason, Thuney, (Jason King)

C (1.): David Andrews

DE (6.): Ealy, Flowers, Grissom, Derek Rivers (R), Dietrich Wise (R) (Corey Vereen)

DT (8.): Branch, Brown, Guy, Woodrow Hamilton, Darius Kilgo, Valentine (John Augusta, Adam Butler)

LB (8.): Trevor Bates, Freeny, Hightower, McClellin, Ninkovich, Roberts, Van Noy (Harvey Langi)

CB (9.): Butler, Coleman, Gilmore, C. Jones, J. Jones, Rowe (DJ Dean, DJ Killings, Kenny Moore)

Jacob Hollister gonna get way more hype than he should.

Also, I love my RB's so LeShun Daniels Laughing Laughing He's a slightly more agile Jonas Gray

I think David Jones and CODY Hollister might get surprise roster spots.

I do think Jacob will end up the UDFA forum binky, and I do think he has a shot with not a ton of competition for 3rd TE. What will hold him back is blocking.

I think McDermott is the surprise DRAFTED rookie this season.

I dont see any obvious surprise cuts (oxymoron if there was?), but I think Lewis should be the most worried.

The RB position is certainly a tough one to call. If you assume that the new signings are safe, that Bolden gets a pass for his ST value, and that White's SB heroics secure him a spot then that is already 4 spots tied up. Five if you count Develin, to whom they seem pretty attached.

That means Lewis is the odd man out, and Foster too. If they do decide carry 5 plus a FB, that's a lot of roster spots to take up, and Foster, Lewis and the UDFAs are fighting for that final spot.

Carrying three QBs through the season seems like a wasted spot too, but I doubt Brissett would make it to the PS.

I wouldn't be shocked if they carried four TEs - Allen, Gronk, Williams and 1 more.

The top five WRs + Slater pick themselves.

The DL, especially the ends, is a total crapshoot.
