I give it a C. We hit on some, we missed on others. Overall, I thought there were a lot more people in certain positions that made sense. Feel like we didn't address the o-line or corners nearly as much or as early as we needed to.

This was a really bad class to address the OL tbh. And given that nearly every position is a hole, you definitely can't address them all. I think we have competent enough starters on the OL.

C-.

I don't like how we executed trading down for more 6th round picks. The talent level of an UDFA is on the same tier. The key is to grab 2nd/3rd rounders. Even 4ths. Anything after a 4, the talent drops off a tier.

I understand why we picked 2 Safety's. Really would've wanted to move up for Budda Baker in round 2 instead.

Wanted Jake Butt.

Missed out on a ton of good Corner's as well.

Cook reminds me a lot of Bernard btw.

I agree with baranby. When you build a team, besides QB, you need a strong OL. Beachum had 1 good year and would be an undersized LT. I think Garcia at 79 or Davenport or Sharpe at 125. (Instead of trading down) would have helped.

Also after sending Greene out to workout about a half dozen pass rushers, to not take one is disappointing

I think if we got Elflein, I would feel differently.

I'll go with a B- without seeing these guys in pads yet

Adams should be a Jets legend and is driving the grade up and hopefully Maye develops into a very good player as well

You'd hope that 1 of the WRs and 1 of the CBs works out

Oh I agree with that philosophy 100%. I've been calling for a LT in the first round for years now.

But this is the worst OL draft in decades, so there's not much you can do in this case. Get the best players you can get and get your LT/C next year when the class will almost surely be better. I think LT is our biggest need going forward, after QB.

Right he would have been a good pickup as well. What I'm hoping for now is that we can bring Mangold back because I have no faith in Johnson.

I give it a C. I'll do my breakdown on each pick later.
