Stanback looks really interesting. Big and faster I think than any of our other running backs. I mean, there's a chance.

On this video watch for the ST killing at the 1:00 mark.

If you look around YouTube there's a few more impressive plays of him too. I made a comment that I liked what little was out there a few back. Can't wait to see him in exhibition

Yup, that's why I mentioned his name when the initial tryout list was released.

I remember noticing Stanback when I watched Perriman a few years ago. IIRC he flashed quite a bit, but I guess the drug problems at UCF were too much to overcome.

I will definitely be pulling for him to make (at least) the PS.

I think that's a realistic expectation if he's up-n-down in camp.

PS is a good way to see if he's serious about staying off the dope too. Probably not much danger at all he's taken.

Agreed.

I don't think he will make the roster with the DPs he has in front of him, but I do think there's a good chance he will flash enough during the preseason to stick around on the PS.

We've kept far worse RB talent on the PS in the past. Seriously, of all the positions the one where they seem to keep the most "WTF?" players on the PS is RB. I understand it's usually for depth, but in the past it seems like they've always been better off looking to the street to shore up RB depth then promoting whatever RB they have stashed on the PS.

We need more guys on steroids though. Not supplements, but I mean 1980s East Germany horse hormone steroids.... and also for them to not get caught, that is also important.
