Have seen him in person a few times.

What's weird is that QBs avoided him a lot during college. He was a fantastic college cornerback. But obviously there's stuff on tape regarding mechanics and instincts that caused him to drop pretty low.

But if a team can clean up the mechanics that's a good frame to work with. Think he can be a solid depth corner.

What if they plan on making Awuzie a safety?

Anthony Brown was a 6th round pick. If we do end up moving on from Scandrick this pick makes even more sense but I would be a little scared with 3/5 CB's being rookies. F it, BALLZ TO THE WALL BABY! Can't be any worse than a hurt Mo Claiborne though eh?

Rob Rang claims he runs faster on tape than he does in workouts.

All's I know is Azuzie will find himself being one of our 5 main DB starters. I love this guy the more and more I watch and read about him. I liked him going in but really like him now. This is very unlike me. I normally don't like our drafts. I absolutely love this one. I think the fact I have so much faith in Will and Stephen is making me biased but seriously, do you guys not agree this is a great draft?

Only way this pick makes sense, imo.

I think this signals that Scan has a year left with us - max.

Brown - Cheeto - Lewis - White are your future. Youth movement.

Agreed. Scandrick has had some good moments for us. We need his experience in the DB room this year, but this could and should be his last season unless he is able to play better than he ever has. These young guys need playing time to find out what they are.

Great draft!

He's obviously no lock to make the team, but I like that he's a bigger CB, since most of the guys on our roster profile more as slot types

As others have said, Scandrick probably has a year or less left in Dallas

Surprised to see us take another DB, but not complaining. I had a late 4th/early 5th grade on White. Like the pick.
