Very much this. It's all about competition at this point. Quite frankly, outside of Ty Montgomery I'm not sure any of the backs are guaranteed roster spots. _________________

Agree the roster spot is not a lock for these 5th round or later picks, but TT rarely cuts a draft pick in the training camp after they were selected. _________________ Salary Cap Fantasy Football League

I'm afraid that he's going to miss a pass blocking assignment and get #12 killed. |

If Christine Michael had finished 2016 with 148 carries, 583 yards and 7 touchdowns with the Seahawks and he became a free agent, everybody would have wanted us to sign him. But he finished 2016 as a Packer, so he's apparently horsecrap. |

I like higher-upside guy at RB3. Michael has proven he's not going to be more than he is already. I'd rather get a rookie in that you can coach up. We know what Michael is. He is a RB with poor vision, poor game intelligence, and high energy. Give me a developmental guy instead. _________________

Lacy will now learn to not run sideways in Seattle, watch him run 200 + yards on us week one. _________________
