Who do you want to start?

People are gonna want tru out there after what it took to get him

But we spent money on Glennon and starting him and benching tru could help tru in the long run

I guess I'm old school but I don't believe in forcing a rookie QB into the lineup right away, especially when they dont' come from pro-style offenses. Give them time to develop and learn a system before throwing them to the wolves.

Unless Glennon completely sucks or gets hurt, my depth chart is:

1. Glennon
2. Trubisky
3. Sanchez

Also have to take into account a brilliant season from Glennon could warrant a decent trade

My #1 motto for this season is

-Do not rush Mitch Trubisky.

I do not want him rushed if Glennon is injured, I do not want him rushed if Glennon struggles, and most of all I do not want him rushed i Fox is desperate.

Glennon is the obvious answer here, but IMO once Trubisky has shown himself to be ready to be at least as effective as Glennon (which isn't really a high bar) then he should be in there. We have to be conscious of not rushing him, but we also have to be conscious of not holding him back once he shows to be ready.

I think a lot depends on what is happening with the team. If the OL is healthy and Kevin White is playing that I would be more inclined to put him out there,

I actually wouldn't care if MT didn't dress for the first 13 games or so.

Glennon
Sanchez
MT

I think Trubisky should be given as much opportunity to start as glennon. If he looks good, he should play. If not, simply sit him. the Bears should take the same approach the eagles did with wentz

A part of me says Glennon starts, MT only plays if:

1) The game is out of reach
2) Glennon sucks or
3)If God forbid, Glennon gets injured(we dont want to see players get injured, but it happens)

A part of me says QB competition, the best QB starts.

Glennon ideally will start 12 games. He gets benched for Sanchez week 13. Sanchez starts week 14 and is benched at half time for Mitch. Mitch finishes the season wins he goes 1-2 in his three starts. Team get some positive momentum heading into next season

I would also want Mitch playing a lot in preseason.
Week 1: glennon 1st series Mitch the rest of game
Week 2: glennon 1 quarter Mitch 3
Week 3: glennon first half one series in 2nd Mitch
Week 4: Mitch whole game.

Bench for the regular season

Have him start week 16 or 17 when the season is lost

I'd be fine if Tru didn't take a single snap for the entire 2017 season. He should be the #3.

Glennon will play at least until we are removed from playoff contention

I think Trubisky gets a shot after that.... and then the final game or two we put Sanchez/Glennon back out there for trade bait film.

EDIT: I wouldn't be surprised if Trub isn't even active for a large chunk of the season.
