I'm a bit torn. He is super talented and moves like a guy who is way way smaller but the lazy thing scares me. Apparently he got a lot better this year in that regard, I hope that continues because he could be a steal. |

I really like this pick. Size and enough speed to win. With the staff trying to change the culture, they might know something about his Lazy story. Could be over blown story. _________________

Good news: very, very talented.
Bad news: needs to get motivated
Hopefully falling to the 5th round will wake him up. If it does, could be a steal |

What I find troubling about Leggett is that he is going to be the day 1 starter as of right now because ASJ is suspended for the first 2 games of the year. For a guy with motivation issues there should be some competition for him for those first two games.
With the logjam at WR we should put Enunwa back at TE for those first two games and make Leggett earn his reps.
Enunwa has the size to play TE and has for us in the past. |

I think you are over-thinking this.
Seferian-Jenkins is only going to miss 2 games. If Leggett can't find the motivation to try to hold onto a starting job (assuming he does start in Week 1) in the first two weeks, then we will know a lot about him after Week 2. Seferian-Jenkins is an NFL tight end, and should retain his starting position once he returns.
I would think that is plenty motivation for a rookie tight end to chew on. |

Pretty good read here. Offers some explanation in regards to what scouts have said about him |
I think the players can alone get on him to make him get motivated. Enunwa and Decker are highly motivated guys on offense. So are Powell and Forte as vet backs. We have several OLineman that will chew him out if he gets lazy as well. |
