Instead of you two continuing to have a pi$$ing contest on who knows more about weight training how about both of you acknowledge the FACT you know less about Donnell Pumphrey's body then Pumphrey himself and the Eagles trainer's.

There is way too in-depth talk about other dudes bodies with shirtless pics to accompany it. I can't tell if we are talking football or making grinder profiles here Laughing

Just throwing this thing out there....

Quote:
5) Donnel Pumphrey has a preferred playing weight

Pumphrey, a fourth-round running back out of San Diego State, said he measured at 176 pounds on Thursday, but Eagles coaches want him to play at a weight between 180 and 185. A small and light back, Pumphrey also insisted Friday he aimed to prove he could be a three-down ball-carrier.

LMAO ...

All we needed was some Guns N Roses playing and some home made jorts and cut offs and every one in this thread is every classic 80's movie bad guy-jock.

I think the entire team lol...

It started with wide receivers coach at the time Bob Bicknell but it looked like his anger turned into a shot gun aimed at anyone near him. Laughing

Seriously? Avant was like the least confrontational person on the roster wasn't he? He was just happy to be on a roster. Laughing

Just goes to show that the Eagles staff believes he can put on the weight. The other notes in the article stated that he's never had an NFL caliber nutritionist before and he just got started on the Eagles weight training program.

Fingers crossed.
