I love to have an extra weapon for Dak and he seems like he would be a very good fit but I still wonder what is going on with Jake butt

Jake butt is going to miss the entire 2017 season.

Just watched video of him, love the pick. Reliable wr, looks like he can return also. Hopefully he can replace Terrence Williams, so we don't have to watch tw screw up anymore.

He isn't big enough to replace Williams.

Not who I wanted but I like the pick. Switzer is a really good KR/PR and will upgrade that immediately. He is a faster version of Cole Beasley imo and he killed my Seminoles last year. Now we can move on from Whitehead

He is basically Cole Beasley. Depending on how fast he picks up the offense this might be Coles last year.

Switzer is a scrapper. I like that. Productive slot wr and a solid return man. I don't know how I will cope not seeing that Whitehead reverse anymore though.

I am not understanding this. Why should we be looking to push Cole out when he is still a productive slot WR?

Cole was our leading WR and cheap last year... This is not to push Cole out.

Anyone think that we will be going 4 WR and keeping Witten in to block a little more to help the RT?

I definitely don't want to see Cole go, but they are the same guy and will play basically the same position. Switzer does everything Cole does, but might be a little faster and isn't big enough to play the outside wr position. Is it good business to keep them both beyond this season?

Cole has two years left on his contract and Switzerland is super cheap.

If he's Cole Beasely's equal, stick them in both slots and prosper.

Switzer is going to be on a cheap rookie deal for the next 4 years, so I don't see any financial or performance reason to push the issue. Cole is still very productive for us and in 4 years, we will see if Ryan Switzer is the real deal. And Cole will be 32 in 4 years, so he will likely be ready to be replaced by then.

Isnt that what the Pats have done?

So who do you take off the field? Zeke, Witten or Twill?

I just think we improved the team with that pick. Hope I'm wrong, but I don't see the value.

I think all of you guys are too focused on his offensive value and not enough of what he brings to special teams.

We might have finally found a reliable returner.

He has the potential to break open tight games for us if the ball is ever in his hands to return.

And since 75% of the games we play are tight, its huge.
