Uhm what? Do we just throw the phrase "most complete tight end" like its nothing ?

Didnt face top level talent. Has one of the shortest arms in this years draft.

Anything BUT complete. And on top of that you say that in a draft that has O.J. Howard. Who actually is the most complete TE in the draft.

Imo he is the best blocking TE that can actually catch the ball too.

I could careless he played for Ashland, he still played damn well. Not like he played the worse competition in D2. Played in the best conference in D2. Also it's not like he came out of no where, he was still 2x all American caught 26TDs the last 2yrs. D2 sports writers were calling him a 3rd pick before the combine

One of the Shortest Arms? They've measured at 33.5. the exact length of Engrams but Sheheen had a longer wingspan than him. You act like he had midget arms but he doesn't. Shaheen had 33.5 arms and Howard was 33.75. that Quarter of an inch is a huge huge difference I guess

For being 6'6 270 he is damn athletic. Ran decent 40 and perform similar in the other drills compared to other smaller top big school TEs. Heck he had a better Short shuttle than Howard.

I wonder if they're entertaining cutting Charles Clay.

GAry Barnidge is not an upgrade over Clay. They are essentially identical players at this point is their careers, but Clay is 3 years younger.

No we have been looking for a backup TE for awhile now.

Teams do look for backups and rotational players you know. Not to mention most teams have 2 TE sets these days...

What are you even talking about that's not even close to accurate. The dude's arms are 3/4 in shorter than Gronk's. 1/4 in shorter than OJ Howard, 1/4 in longer than Gerald Everett. Not even close to the shortest arms.
