And before that... and before that...

DG is a good GM... but if anyone thinks he has been knocking it puts the park with his drafts, has not been paying attention.

He will get 2-3 players this weekend... the rest... well

Willing to stake your claim that this guy is one of those 2-3?

Haven't all of Gettleman's picks been pretty good? The only true bust I can think of offhand is Edmund Kugibila from Valdosta St.

Surprised we picked Moton when we didn't even meet with him but I'm happy with it

We did meet with him according to Walter. He was a popular mock draft pick for us.
I must passed over his name then.. I hope we land Derek Rivers or Willis at DE with our 3rd rd comp pick Shocked

Pretty clear that offense is a helluva priority.

Pretty clear that those separation numbers were unacceptable.

We have a bunch of WRs on the roster now.

This trade up reeks of panic due to a run-on defensive ends

Checking all the boxes in this draft. What did they give up to move to this spot?

Christ...

3 comp and 4.8 To move up 20 some spots in the THIRD

And for a player who spent more time injured than playing the last 2 years

Methinks this will be seen as a mistake on hindsite.

Knee jerk, panicky... those are the first thoughts.

I take it you're not a glass half full guy based off your comments... I like it!

They only gave up their 4th round pick. I can live with that.

I'm in finance. The Glass isn't half full or half empty. It's twice as big as it needs to be.

The trade, and I fully expected to trade from gettleman, just feels panicky.

We watch two defensive ends come off the board and then we use a third and fourth for Mid 3rd.

I'm a fan of the team so I want the guy to be a pro bowler.

I'm in fire suppression, and either it's on fire or it's not. Right now there is no fire so it's all good!
