What the title says.

1. 3 QBs from this "weak group" go in the top 12, and 5 total in round 1. Supply and demand. Simple economics. Plus the 5th year of team control.

2. Corey Davis goes before Mike Williams. I just think he's the more dynamic prospect with the bigger upside.

1. Dalvin cook falls to the 2nd.
2. Probably not too bold but whatever. Bears leave the draft with more offensive players than defensive, including Deshaun Watson in the 1st.

Jets take Pat Mahommes at 6
Reuben Foster falls out of first round
4 teams end up with 2 picks in the first round.

I cannot remember who was on the Move the Sticks Podcast, but he was talking about how the economics of it make QB the best financial value pick in the 1st round of the draft.

If you miss: the financial damage is nothing compared to the 50 million guaranteed that Bradford got. If you miss you have a slightly over paid backup QB making 6-7 million a season.

If you miss at S at 3 you have a guy making starter money who is sitting on the bench.

If you hit: You have a young QB making 30% of what most starters are making and you are laughing to the bank. You also have the 5th year option which can give you a year before you have to give up 50 million guaranteed.

-49ers take Leonard Fournette #2 overall

-Saints trade to #7 and select Christian McCaffrey

-Garrett Boles goes #8 overall to Carolina

If we land Myles Garrett my liver will be the victim. I will be popping champagne like a Ludacris video.

Interesting realistic possibilities that you can't find on any mock (that I have seen):

1 or more of these unexpectedly fall to 2nd: Cook, Peppers or Watson.

No offensive linemen are taken in first round (ever happened?)

Only 1 QB is taken in first round

Jarrad Davis goes before Reuben Foster

Malik McDowell goes in top 18

Whats crazy is 1,2,3 and 6 need QBs and most mocks do not have any of these teams selecting a QB and all except Cleveland looking to trade down.

Bears will trade back up into the 1st to take a QB after selecting Lattimore with the 3rd pick.

He run on QBs will happen early, it will go fast and the Bears will be left without a real option.

I think they pass at 3 and will balk at the cost to get up and do business in the early 20s.

The Bears will not draft a QB with either of their first two picks.

Jabrill Peppers does not get drafted in the first two rounds.

Two running backs are drafted in the top 10.

New England makes a first round draft selection.

Five quarterbacks get drafted in round one.

Joe Mixon gets drafted in the first three rounds.

I liked the one on NFLN: more safeties drafted in the first 2 rounds than QBs in the entire draft

Cleveland trades 12th pick into top 5 for QB. Hopefully us, we need the picks.

Chris Wormley is a 1st round pick(I have yet to see a mock draft where he's a 1st rounder)
