Right now, who are your top ten best for 2017?

This is not asking "who will have the best numbers in 2017", which is highly dependent on the team around the QB and creates scenarios where average QBs on good teams put up good numbers while good QBs on bad teams post average numbers. So this isn't asking who will be the top ten fantasy QBs of 2017. It is asking which QBs will be the best in their in their own right in 2017.

Edit: This is my attempt at this pre-draft. If a team like Indianapolis or Seattle or Carolina goes completely all out to fix their offense, this list would change.

Second edit: These are not my rankings for 2016. If they were, Matt Ryan would be much higher on the list. These are my expectations for 2017 at this moment. As before, the draft will likely change them.

I typically do these rankings with a 2-3 year window in mind rather then reactionary year to year basis. So even though the OP is saying "right now" I'm also going to take into account 2015 and 2014 as well which is why I have Cam so high and guys like Mariota lower because even though they were great last season I need to see they can be consistent.

Rodgers
Brady
Ryan
Big Ben
Brees
Cam
Carr
Luck
Wilson
Stafford
HM: Mariota, Rivers, Cousins

That's how I feel. Rodgers or Brady at the top of the list is right. No one else has an argument.
