Okay, let's do this.

Rules:
Each Poll will last no longer than 24 hours (or as near as I can)
Run-offs will take place where the two top vote getters are not from the same position group, where there is no clear leader of 15% of the vote share, unless the vote leader has more than 40% of the vote share
I will post a link to the poll in each team's forum

Poll Choices
Prospects on each poll will come from the CBS prospect rankings list, but I will welcome nominations for the each poll. This is to try and prevent complaints about poll choices.
http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/prospectrankings

I will endeavour to fill all slots and do so in alphabetical order. Draft needs of teams will be considered and override the prospect rankings in certain situations.

Please contribute to the discussions within each poll and give reasons why you voted the way you did if you can. Your vote should be based on who you would pick and not a prediction of who they will select.

Draft Order:
1. Cleveland Browns: Myles Garrett [DE] Texas A&M

Team Transactions
April 20, 2017 Signed S Robert Blanton.
April 4, 2017 Released QB Tony Romo, who announced his retirement.
March 29, 2017 Signed TE Jason Witten to a four-year contract extension through 2021.
March 24, 2017 Signed OT Byron Bell.
March 16, 2017 Re-signed G Jonathan Cooper and RB Darren McFadden.
March 14, 2017 Signed CB Nolan Carroll and DLs Stephen Paea and Demontra Moore.

Team Needs - According to CBS
http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/news/2017-nfl-draft-dallas-cowboys-top-five-needs-best-fits-on-the-clock-at-no-28/

1. Defensive end: Owner Jerry Jones has said he wants a war daddy pass rusher. The Cowboys brought in Damontre Moore in free agency, but he is not the answer. They will look hard at an edge rusher in the draft. They must find a way to get to the quarterback and take some pressure off the secondary.

2. Cornerback: The Cowboys lost Morris Claiborne and Brandon Carr in free agency after making no effort to bring them back. And while they signed Nolan Carroll in free agency, cornerback remains a high draft priority. This could be targeted in the first or second round. Again, they are looking for upgrades and guys who make plays on the ball.

3. Safety: The Cowboys lost Barry Church and J.J. Wilcox in free agency. They wanted to bring Church back, but at a modest price. They have special teams ace Jeff Heath and not much else on the roster. But this is a position they will certainly target in the draft looking for upgrades. Good thing this draft is deep at safety.

4. Kick returner: The Cowboys will target a kick returner late in the draft or in free agency. They are not happy with Lucky Whitehead on or off the field. Most important, the Cowboys want a player who can provide a big-play spark in the return game.

5. Running back: The Cowboys want to develop a young running back to play behind Ezekiel Elliott. They re-signed Darren McFadden and still have Alfred Morris under contract. There is a chance Morris could be moved or released before training camp. The aging McFadden will not be back in 2018. The Cowboys want a young back to play third downs and participate on some special teams.

They need depth on defense, but Witten is not getting younger and Njoku is too much talent to pass.

TE is so deep, they can get the next tier of TE at Rd 2, or even Rd 3 IMO.

I'd have easily gone Watt as the overall BPA if he was around, but getting Harris/CB/TE as their likely target combo (or another D player) is a better team result for them than Njoku/D guy/D guy.

The number 1 priority here is "war daddy." Takkarist "the sack artist" McKinley has to be the pick here.

I would take Adoree with that pick.

Takk among other may still make it to 60.

Seems like another team that has needs at the draft’s deepest positions. This is a nice board for them to choose from, could even have the luxury of landing a BPA in Njokou here and still land a good corner and defensive end in the next two rounds.

I know they need help along the DL and in the secondary but I believe adding a weapon like John Ross to pair with Dak & Zeke for the future could be lethal. Also with having a dominate possession receiver like Dez, Ross would be someone who can stretch the field and possibly prevent having 7-8 men in the box.

Njoku makes perfect sense as well given value & Witten's age. That being said, I think one of those two would be the choice, in hopes of landing a CB or DE in round 2.

Yeah, forgot about Ross. Could be a really nice deep threat off play action. In reality, if he gets this far you have to wonder what teams know about those knees.

Evan Engram. What a sick weapon in that offense. Defense is deep in this draft. I'd take Engram.

Malik McDowell makes a lot of sense here.

He was a pre-draft 30 visit, and has the talent and upside to develop into a cornerstone player for them along the defensive line. Maliek Collins flashed some at 3T last year, but after moving Tyrone Crawford to LE the only other DT's on their roster are Stephen Paea and Cedric Thornton, both solid vets but are limited to playing 1T and don't offer the distruptive ability Rod Marinelli likes his DTs to have. Teaming McDowell up with Collins inside gives them a nice young duo who can collapse the pocket, making life easier on their DEs in the passing game.

He comes with some immaturity flags, otherwise he's a top 5 pick, but Jerry Jones is one of the GMs who will gamble on talent.

Furthermore, McKinley is rumored to be a candidate to start the year on PUP, something Dallas has openly admitted they want to avoid this year with their rookies, so I they probably pass. And Charles Harris has good film, but Dallas' recent philosophy has been to weigh SPARQ scores heavily, especially with their 1st Round picks, so his lackluster workout may affect the way they view him more than other teams.

Not if they want their 1st Round pick to actually be on the field to start the season.
