Hey man,

there is no need for a new topic every few days. Especially not when the topic makes no real sense on his own. I mean what is your point here? What do you want to say here? We make topics when we have a totally new idea, news, something major.

This post could have been put in the draft topic easily and even there you should put your intention, idea behind it.

Just a heads up.

No way this is EA. Other than starting unnecessary threads, this guy's takes are intelligent.

FYI, if this was an actual breakdown I think it would have been a good thread. All you did was post our draft picks and added no insight to any of it. You can get this with 2 seconds of Google search.

So I'd say RM is a hit and miss GM with some great hits and hopefully learned from misses...All good as he is a very good GM IMO. Drafting good, contracts very good with ability to get out, cleaning up Al's mess EXCELLENT!!!
I'm probably not giving Reggie enough credit. He's a BOSS!

It's still early obviously, but my take would be that we've actually had a pretty good strike rate in the 1st and 2nd rounds which is where it is immensely important - we've fallen off a little in the middle rounds but I would say we have a very much above average hit rate in the 6th and 7th and in UDFA in particular. Wonder if there is any correlation between the types of players he goes for in the 6th and 7th which seem to be working.

Could also be that we've had a very weak roster and the guys that have sneaked on and gotten playing time normally wouldn't on most rosters...............

I was just thinking. Looking at it split up like that we are kind of weak drafting in 4 and 5. Moderate in 1 and 2. And fairly strong in 6 and 7.
