Sounds like GB will be opening the Falcons new stadium....but in Week 2 on SNF. That's back to back years for GB doing that

They're definitely playing on Thanksgiving too, either @ Detroit or @ Dallas.

Please have the Bye week around Week 7-8

Yeah another week four bye and I'm livid. That was awful and is just so moronic.

How can he dig a hole if he's too busy sitting on his hands?

Packers open the season vs Seattle

Week 1 - vs Seahawks
Week 2 - @ Falcons

that's a helluva way to start the season. Also looking like GB will end its season @ Detroit for the 2nd straight year

Wow thats a tough start to the season. Id rather get those 2 out of the way early though. Easily our toughest games outside of the Boys.

Ever since they made it where you had to play a divisional opponent week 17, it's alternated opponents. So why back to back years at Detroit I wonder?

The league tries to guess which two teams will be battling for the division title and match them up in the final game of the regular season

It gives them additional "playoff" inventory to sell to the networks/advertisers.

Packers go @ Chicago on November 12th

Pack better not get off to a slow start this season because it looks like they are closing out the season playing 3 of their last 4 games on the road

So we're away or on a bye in week 10, 12, 14, 15, 17 when the weather is advantageous and the blue hairs sell their seats. Neat

Not confirmed but a few people on twitter saying Week 5 will be @ Cowboys

Week 10 is @ Bears per Bears beat writer

So from that, Week 8 is looking like their Bye week and if so that's fantastic. Damn though, 4 of their final 6 games on the road

Sucks. We should be home 4 of the last 6. What is the point of scheduling a cold weather team on the road during the portion of the schedule when you are most likely to generate weather interest for fans of other inferior teams? Just dumb work on the part of the NFL, missing out on potential extra viewers and intrigue.

We aren't built for the cold. Be happy.

Not at the moment, this is true. But I would still gladly play any contender in Lambeau in December and January and it is not even close. It is still an advantage against these other inferior teams on the schedule.
