Okay, let's do this.

Rules:
Each Poll will last no longer than 24 hours (or as near as I can)
Run-offs will take place where the two top vote getters are not from the same position group, where there is no clear leader of 15% of the vote share, unless the vote leader has more than 40% of the vote share
I will post a link to the poll in each team's forum

Poll Choices
Prospects on each poll will come from the CBS prospect rankings list, but I will welcome nominations for the each poll. This is to try and prevent complaints about poll choices.
http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/prospectrankings

I will endeavour to fill all slots and do so in alphabetical order. Draft needs of teams will be considered and override the prospect rankings in certain situations.

Please contribute to the discussions within each poll and give reasons why you voted the way you did if you can. Your vote should be based on who you would pick and not a prediction of who they will select.

Draft Order:
1. Cleveland Browns: Myles Garrett [DE] Texas A&M

Off-season Transactions
http://www.espn.com/nfl/team/transactions/_/name/oak/oakland-raiders
April 11, 2017 Waived DL Demetrius Cherry.
March 20, 2017 Signed QB EJ Manuel and LB Jelani Jenkins. Re-signed LS Jon Condo.
March 16, 2017 Signed TE Jared Cook.
March 14, 2017 Signed OL Marshall Newhouse to a two-year contract and WR Cordarrelle Patterson.

Draft Needs - According to Silver and Black Pride
http://www.silverandblackpride.com/2017/4/3/15164692/raiders-draft-needs-2017

1. Linebacker
One of the moves the Raiders made in free agency was to sign Jelani Jenkins to a one-year deal. The Raiders are hoping he can fill the weakside linebacker spot previously held by Malcolm Smith with the likes of Ben Heeney and Cory James competing for playing time as well. But the question of what to do at middle linebacker still haunts them. There is likely to be a few good options on the board when they pick at 24 overall.

2. Defensive tackle
To not get a big interior defensive lineman sometime before day three of the draft would be a very risky proposition. This position needs serious help both from a run stopping and a pass rush perspective. Right now, there is no clear cut starting nose tackle and little in the way of depth. Stacy McGee left as a free agent and Dan Williams is a prime cut candidate once the team drafts a replacement. That would leave Justin Ellis as the only true nose on the team and he has never been much more than a rotational player over his career.

3. Cornerback
A deep cornerback draft is fantastic news for the Raiders. They need help at the cornerback spot and there is a lot of potential to get a great prospect early in the draft. Specifically, they need speed. They need someone who can man the inside to shadow speedy slot receivers. Right now they have Sean Smith and David Amerson, both of whom are big outside corners. TJ Carrie has been serviceable as a nickel corner and spot starter, but an upgrade is needed.

4. Offensive tackle
As they usually do, the Raiders made their free agent priority offensive line. The first signing they made was offensive tackle Marshall Newhouse. This isnít a signing one would call a blockbuster, but the Raiders didnít make any big splash additions this offseason like they had the previous two offseasons. Should they keep Austin Howard and his $6 million salary, Newhouse would presumably compete with him for the right tackle spot. Should the Raiders find a player they like in the draft, Howard could also be out. The other tackle in the mix is last yearís seventh round pick, Vadal Alexander. At left tackle, Donald Penn is entering what could be his final NFL season, so the team must start thinking about his replacement.

5. Safety
Reggie Nelson is in the final year of his contract and there is no depth at the position. Nelson and Karl Joseph are the starters with the shaky Keith McGill as the only backup. They let Nate Allen and Brynden Trawick leave in free agency and therefore must find suitable replacements at very least. What they decide to do at safety will be very interesting. I wouldnít even be shocked if they looked at the position early in the draft.

6. Running back
Should the Raiders be able to get Marshawn Lynch out of retirement, that would change this, obviously. But until that happens, there is a need there after the team let Latavius Murray leave in free agency. What they need is a big back who can be a three-down back and work in short yardage. Keep in mind that the Raiders have just one full back on the roster in Jamize Olawale. So even with the Lynch situation uncertain, they could still select a back in the draft.

7. Wide receiver
Though the team added Cordarrelle Patterson in free agency, donít rule out the possibility that if the right guy were on the board when they pick, theyíd draft a receiver too. They still need a good slot receiver option.

I voted Cunningham for two reasons.

First MLB is a huge need for us. I do recognize that he's an OLB but I think his skill set translates to MLB at the next level. That said, I think we resign Riley, allowing him to fill in outside until taking over the role in the middle.

Also, Malcolm Smith took huge money in SF. Also we have huge question marks with Aldon Smith. Cunningham steps in at a high level.

Versatility is huge with this pick.

Davis all the way. MLB for the next decade and a high character guy who was the leader of that D in Florida. When he was on the field the D was lights out when he got injured they became average.

Tre White here, I think that secondary needs talent, they can find a LB to fit their scheme in round 2 or 3.

If the Top guy's Garrett, Thomas, Adams, Hooker, Foster, 4net, Cook, Latt. etc are gone I'm looking Ram or Cam to beef up the Carr insurance. So Cam is my pick especially with the run of Oline they had leading up to our pick...Chances are the next 'tier' will be overdrafted and I wanted a trade up for Tunsil last year so I'm taking the Bama beef and cutting Howard, letting Cam, Alexander and Newhouse battle it out at RT. Next year Penn will be too expensive or not good enough so CAMMMMMmmm.
I understand the LB love but Walker, Ana, McMillan, even Beckwith all could be there next pick or 3rd round so why take Davis if stud Tackle is available.
Obi and Peppers I also understand but trades down to 40 would be where I'd want them.
So if Cam and Ram were gone, Davis is my pick.

Evan Engram in that offense could be scary but you might get him in the second.

Otherwise Kevin King for me. Need another long, shutdown type corner for them to perennially contend in the AFC.
