OKAY SO! I decided to dig a little. Basically, what i've done is constructed a mock draft based on a system.

REQUIRED: Met with player in some capacity

Weight:
1. Value
2. Need
3. Intensity of interest (num of workouts, rumors, etc)

And the results were pretty interesting. I need feedback here. How would you feel if the draft fell this way for your team?

1. Cleveland Browns - Myles Garrett || EDGE || Texas A&M
2. San Francisco 49ers - Mitch Trubisky || QB || UNC
3. Chicago Bears - Jamal Adams || DB || LSU
4. Jacksonville Jaguars - Leonard Fournette || HB || LSU
5. Tennessee Titans - Marshon Lattimore || DB || LSU
6. New York Jets - Malik Hooker || DB || Ohio St.
7. Los Angeles Chargers - Jonathan Allen || DL || Alabama
8. Carolina Panthers - Solomon Thomas || DL || Stanford
9. Cincinnati Bengals - Derek Barnett || EDGE || Tennessee
10. Buffalo Bills - Marlon Humphrey || DB || Alabama
11. New Orleans Saints - Reuben Foster || LB || Alabama
12. Cleveland Browns - Gareon Conley || DB || Ohio St.
13. Arizona Cardinals - Mike Williams || WR || Clemson
14. Philadelphia Eagles - John Ross || WR || Washington
15. Indianapolis Colts - Cam Robinson || OL || Alabama
16. Baltimore Ravens - Haason Reddick || LB || Temple
17. Washington Redskins - Christian McCaffrey || HB || Stanford
18. Tennessee Titans - O.J. Howard || TE || Alabama
19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - David Njoku || TE || Miami
20. Denver Broncos - Garett Bolles || OL || Utah
21. Detroit Lions - Taco Charlton || DL || Michigan
22. Miami Dolphins - Jarrad Davis || LB || Florida
23. New York Giants - Ryan Ramcyzk || OL || Wisconsin
24. Oakland Raiders - Zach Cunningham || LB || Vanderbilt
25. Houston Texans - Patrick Mahomes || QB || Texas Tech
26. Seattle Seahawks - Obi Melifonwu || DB || Connecticut
27. Kansas City Chiefs - Tre'Davious White || DB || LSU
28. Dallas Cowboys - T.J. Watt || EDGE || Wisconsin
29. Green Bay Packers - Dalvin Cook || HB || FSU
30. Pittsburgh Steelers - Takkarist McKinley || EDGE || UCLA
31. Atlanta Falcons - Forrest Lamp || OL || Western Kentucky
32. New Orleans Saints - Jabrill Peppers || DB || Michigan

If McCaffrey is gone I'd prefer Lamp over Bolles, but I'd be happy with Bolles too.

Just don't want Ramczyk

Great Bills pick. Solid CB with no injury issues like Lattimore.
No Corey Davis in R1?
I would add - injury issues to ur formula. If I'm an owner and my GM took Williams (broken neck), Lattimore (major hammie issues) or Ross ( major knees and shoulder issue) I'de fire him before the next pick.

my respect for your opinion grows daily.

Your analysis of our having not met with Barnett (and those implications), and advocating of Thomas, has put me on that bandwagon.

If Fournette and Adams are gone, I can 100% get behind Thomas at 1.8.

Blah. We won't take WR until round 3. It will be defense/QB rd 1 and 2.

Your love affair with Fournette is mine with Thomas. I'd take Thomas over every player in this draft, including likely Garrett. I love Garrett, but I feel Thomas is the best fit in this class for our system and what we do. I have never wanted to break into a draft war room and take a GM hostage to force a pick so bad in my life. Closest i've ever been to believing this hard in a player was Khalil Mack.

Where can I get a crystal ball as good as yours?

Anyway Robinson is okay but there are like 5 guys picked after him in your draft that I'd choose over him.

By putting a rule in the 2nd line, you have vastly underestimated my laziness.

27. Kansas City Chiefs - Tre'Davious White || DB || LSU

Decent. Lately, QB has been the top priority. Kizer and Watson are both available. Failing those, Cook is good value and Lamp is at an area needing depth.
