27. Kansas City Chiefs- Zach Cunning ham (LB Vanderbilt)
59. Kansas City Chiefs- Dorian Johnson (OG Pittsburgh)
91. Kansas City Chiefs- Elijah Qualls (DT Washington)
104. Kansas City Chiefs- Jalen Myrick (CB Minnesota)
132. Kansas City Chiefs- Isaiah Ford (WR Virginia Tech)

Cunningham is the safe choice with Kizer and Watson gone
Johnson is solid but go with Jordan Willis. too much value to miss.
Qualls is good though Walker and Beckwith are both tempting
Myrick is a mistake. Just grab Walker.
Then take Shaq Wilson in the 4th. Doubling up is allowed at this point. Godchaux, Vanderdoes, Jaron Jones are all solid value.

Good 1st 4 Rounds by the Eagles. Not sure about it after that though,

The CB's are both smallish, I'd like to see one bigger one. My only gripe though. I'd be happy with it

Good Saints draft. I'd rather Watt over Charlton, but that's just me.

One of the worst drafts I've seen for the Jets. Watson at 6? Ya no way man. Dude has a weak arm and big time accuracy issues. Then it gets worse, you have us choose a edge rusher with big time off the field issues that is just a 3rd down edge rusher. Then a pretty average CB in Round 3 as well. Hunt is the only pick I like in this draft at the end of Round 3. Then you have us drafting an OG in Round 5 when that's a very strong position for the Jets, if anything we need a OT or a C.

Miami has a huge gaping hole at LG but 2 good young CB's. It'd be difficult to see them going CB in the 1st round. I'd be very upset and confused if they passed on Lamp in that situation.

As for Round Two, Miami went out of their way to get 3 TE's on their roster this offseaon. They re-signed Gray, signed Fasano, and traded for J. Thomas. It's difficult to see a TE in Round Two for that reason.

My ideal scenario would be:

1) F. Lamp
2) J. Willis, S. Jones (great value, would play the slot), D. Walker

Like it, dont love it. No WR, doubling up on DE and C early...but like adding a lot of that talent,

Yes.

brett1120 wrote:
12. Cleveland Browns- O.J. Howard (TE Alabama)
- Mitch Trubisky (QB UNC)

I think the team likes Trubisky, and would be elated if he fell to them. Nothing wrong with the Howard pick, though. Just don't think he goes over Trubisky if both are available.

brett1120 wrote:
33. Cleveland Browns- Davis Webb (QB California)
- Evan Engram (TE Ole Miss)

With Trubisky picked, Engram is an easy choice to add a speed element to the TE group that is lacking.

brett1120 wrote:
52. Cleveland Browns- Joe Mixon (RB Oklahoma)
- Alvin Kamara (RB Tennessee)
- Sidney Jones (CB Washington)

I like Kamara over Mixon, but Jones would be too much value here. Until proven otherwise, I just don't think this team will ever spend anything higher than a 3rd round pick on a RB. Especially not with Crowell under contract another year.

brett1120 wrote:
65. Cleveland Browns- Fabian Moreau (CB UCLA)
- JuJu Smith-Schuster (WR USC)
- Chris Godwin (WR Penn State)
- Desmond King (DB Iowa)

I like Moreau and both wideouts I left in there, but FS is too great a need to continue to pass on and King is a perfect fit and incredible vaule at 65.

brett1120 wrote:
108. Cleveland Browns- Will Holden (OT Vanderbilt)
- Justin Evans (S Texas A&M)

Safety play was atrocious last year, and I expect at least two to come from the draft. Evans would be a much better pick than OT depth here.

brett1120 wrote:
145. Cleveland Browns- Kenny Golladay (WR Northern Illinois)

A wideout is a need, but a 3T DT is a bigger need and Smart can fill that role well.

brett1120 wrote:
175. Cleveland Browns- Sam Rogers (FB Virginia Tech)
- Marquez White (CB Florida State)

Not bad, though I think they will take Marquez White late due to their work with him at the Senior Bowl.

brett1120 wrote:
181. Cleveland Browns- Jadar Johnson (S Clemson)
- Jeremy Sprinkle (TE Arkansas)

After taking two safeties early, an inline TE like Sprinkle would be a good choice to eventually replace the expensive and declining Gary Barnidge.

brett1120 wrote:
185. Cleveland Browns- KD Cannon (WR Baylor)

One trick pony, but it's a pretty good trick if he can get it to work at the next level.

brett1120 wrote:
188. Cleveland Browns- Ben Gedeon (ILB Michigan)

I think this guy ends up a Brown for some reason. Well, that reason being the team had a private workout with him. A kicker.

1. Cleveland Browns - Myles Garrett (DE Texas A&M)
12. Cleveland Browns - Mitch Trubisky (QB UNC)
33. Cleveland Browns - Evan Engram (TE Ole Miss)
52. Cleveland Browns - Sidney Jones (CB Washington)
65. Cleveland Browns - Desmond King (FS Iowa)
108. Cleveland Browns - Justin Evans (SS Texas A&M)
145. Cleveland Browns - Tanzel Smart (DT Tulane)
175. Cleveland Browns - Marquez White (CB Florida State)
181. Cleveland Browns - Jeremy Sprinkle (TE Arkansas)

If the Browns pick Davis Webb over Patrick Mahomes, I will instantly be looking for another team to follow.

LOVE the first 4 picks.

Zane Gonzales instead of Toth and Gibson instead of Dimik and it's awesome.

Also, you missed our 7th round comp pick.

2. San Francisco 49ers- Solomon Thomas (DE Stanford)
27. Kansas City Chiefs- Zach Cunningham (LB Vanderbilt)

Excellent SF pick. Becoming grudgingly more okay with the KC pick here.

34. San Francisco 49ers- Zay Jones (WR East Carolina)
59. Kansas City Chiefs- Dorian Johnson (OG Pittsburgh)

Another strong SF pick. Not sure why people are selecting early OL for KC. Their starting 5 are locked in, and all are strong with Ehinger back at LG.

Wasn't really smiling over the remaining picks for either.

Great work in the 7 rounder.

Great Falcons picks.

Im with Scar on this one Brett you went straight ham on this draft for the Falcons bro. You hit all our needs with really talented players. I can't be mad at it even though i think the 1st 2 rounds i would have went different players personally. You killed the needs though and if this is what we get on draft day it's still a success.

The players i would have traded for would have been

1st - instead of Obi i would have went Taco Charleton as i value Taco as a top 15 player. Would be a steal for us this late.

2nd - Desmond King - Who i also value as a late 1st to mid 2nd round player at FS.

Now the reason i went with those guys is i think they fit our scheme better.

Obi where as he is a great player is more of a SS/LB hybrid coming out and i think we already got a similar player to him in Neal. True he could do FS but i want a more scheme fit player who does really well in zone coverages and single high centerifeld type. That screams Desmond King all day long and probably Marcus Williams as well. Although i value King higher than Williams.

Now for Taco as said he is a top 15 pick for me and for sure a better talent than Willis a Edge Rusher coming out. Im not against Willis and you have him correct value in the 2nd round which is where i would take him if Taco or Takk wasn't there in the 1st.

Rest of the draft is golden pretty much

Isidora might be my fav. or 2nd fav. ZBS RG in the draft.

Davon Godchaux is a monster for our DT rotation and scheme fit. Great job here.

Smith adn Ebukam at TE and Lb are very solid pickups late in the draft and fill depth at both positions. Pretty much all you could ask for that late in the draft.

I would like your reply on my thoughts about the 2 swaps i made based on talent value and scheme fit and see your thoughts on it brett.

I love your 7 round mocks you do and they keep getting better everytime bro keep up the great work.
