I usually do this every year. Vote in the poll on what course of action you would take in Round 1.

This is how the draft has played out in front of us:

(source)

https://www.nflmock.com/round-1

1. Browns - Myles Garrett, DE, Texas A&M
2. 49ers - Solomon Thomas, DE Stanford
3. Bears - Jonathan Allen, DE, Alabama
4. Jaguars - Leonard Fournett, RB, LSU
5. Titans - OJ Howard, TE, Alabama
6. Jets - Mike Williams, WR, Clemson
7. Chargers - Malik Hooker, S, OSU
8. Panthers - Marshon Lattimore, CB, OSU
9. Bengals - Taco Charlton, DE, Michigan
10. Bills - Jamal Adams, S, LSU
11. Saints - Malik McDowell, DT, MSU
12. Browns - Mitchell Trubisky, UNC
13. Cardinals - Corey Davis, WR, WMU
14. Eagles - Derek Barnett, DE, Tennessee
15. Colts - Reuben Foster, LBer, Alabama
16. Ravens - Cam Robinson, OT, Alabama
17. Redskins - ON THE CLOCK

Here are our options:

Draft:

MLB Zach Cunningham, Vanderbilt
WR John Ross, Washington
CB Marlon Humphrey, Alabama
LB Haason Reddick, Temple
RB Dalvin Cook, FSU
G/C Forrest Lamp, WKU
TE David Njoku, Miami (for Jeezy)
S/LBer Jabrill Peppers, Michigan

Trade Scenarios:

Detroit Lions offer #21 & #165 (5th Round), & 2018 4th round pick for #17. The Lions are trading up to select CB Marlon Humphrey.

Chiefs offer #27 & #91 (3rd Round) for #17. The Chiefs are trading up to select WR John Ross.

Vote on what you would do.

The best player there by far is Jabrill Peppers. We're talking a defensive player who was in Hiesman discussions! When does that happen? Charles Woodson? Y'all can pass on that if you want to because we signed a player on his 3rd team in 4 years but I simply refuse to pass on a player who reminds me of Troy Polomalu!

If we can't get Peppers it would be Cunningham or Adoree Jackson from USC.

I don't really like either of those trade down scenarios. Give me Reddick.

Njoku is a no brainer here. Instant credibility to an otherwise pretty pathetic franchise.

While I have been on the Cummingham bandwagon for a long time but I voted Humphrey because we do need a corner and I think he is a good value pick if he is there.

Yes the Redskins desperately need another TE who can salvage mediocre QB and keep the defense off the field

I like McCaffery in this offense. I think it's obvious Gruden likes him. Last year Elliot was a baller and I liked him a lot. This year Foreman is the back I think translates the best to the pros. I like Christian but I think there will be a better player available on the defense. If not I'm okay with the selection.

Reddick seems like the no brainer here but the Chief trade down is enticing as well. There's a strong possibility that McDowell could be available at 27, as well As Cunningham, Davis, McMillan and maybe even Taco Charleton or Peppers, and definitely some good pass rushers and good corners.

Tough choice but I have to take Reddick and lock down our ILB spot with two extremely athletic sideline to sideline playmaking ILBs.

zbs running back/third down back/wr/return man. I question if he's an everydown back, Casserly, Cooley and others have said the same thing.

We also don't run the ball a lot like we did under Gibbs & Shanahan. Taking a RB in round 1 seems like a waste if that player is not to going to be featured as much as Reed & our receivers.

If McCaffery isn't going to be a 20 to 30 touch guy a game, he isnt going to be worth a 1st round pick.
