You know someone had to ask. Why not me! What about Dion Jordan. He would be a no risk low cost signing. Once upon a time he had unlimited potential.

After a bone headed Gordonesque suspension, he was reinstated and the Phins were raving about him. Then he injured his knee during a workout, had a "minor" surgical procedure on it, and has not been able to come back yet from it.

Assuming we draft Garrett, we will start him and Ogbah, with Nasib being our top sub.

We could let Jordan sit on the bench, rehabbing, if it doesn't go well enough for him to be active, put him on IR.

At some point, it could really pay off.

That said, I don't expect him. I expect him to land in Denver. Vance Joseph liked him a lot.

I guess it couldn't hurt. Use him on ST. Can he still cover? I remember that being one of his top traits coming out of Oregon.

I would pass. I don't think the upside is all that high.

I didn't think he would be that good coming into the league, we didn't do much better with Mingo though.

Honestly I'm all for buying low when it comes to guys like this. When does it ever hurt to try a player out and sign them to a cheap deal hoping to catch lightning in a bottle?

Ego Ferguson is another guy that I'd take a flier on signing.

He looked like a WR trying to rush the passer and he's a moron. I'll pass.
