Miami Dolphins‏ @MiamiDolphins
We have waived/failed physical defensive end Dion Jordan.

Just never worked out for the guy.

Just another one of those artificially elevated DE/OLBs that happen every draft. They all turn out to be duds going all the back since Vernon Gholston. Nobody ever learns.

The sad part is; They're pretty easy to spot.

You can usually tell which ones will turn out to be projects. But GMs take them anyway.

So glad Miami traded up to get him. Philly (Chip) would've taken him for sure.

The only defense I thought he would fit was Seattle's, playing LEO

I thought Leonard Floyd fit in that category, but so far he's proven me wrong.

I always felt like he got screwed with the defensive change. They moved to a 4-3 and then told him to add 30 lbs to be a DE. I feel as though had they stayed in a 3-4 or kept him as a LB, he would've been just fine, maybe not a dominant player, but a Manny Lawson/Michael Johnson type hybrid LB/DE. Then came the steroid/drug problems and they kept falling down a cliff after that.

Where's that guy that argued to the death of me about Jordan and Mingo going to be the next elite pass-rushers? Never liked them pre-draft. Is he healthy now?

Didn't the Eagles offer up to trade for him a few years back?

They probably should of took the trade.

I would also accept 'shoulda' but I'm more of a Grammar Swiss People's Party than a Grammar Nazi.
