Don't judge to quickly this guy will be pretty good he has elite power and potential.

I think that was in reference to Louis Nix.

Ferguson is better than Louis Nix, but they both suck.

I'm just saying, you're being critical of Emery taking him now but you weren't back then Laughing

No, I tried to support it.

But not my job to know anything.

Phew, we're lucky he played so much 2-tech for the Bears like Trestman's defensive staff wanted him to. "Hybrid defense:" 2014 buzz word for people who had never heard of an under front.

Remember on day 2, 2014, how furious everybody here was that Ego was picked with "the unblockable" Louis Nix still on the board? That turned out well. Kony Ealy was was the guy I wanted.

You know who else was still on the board when Ego was picked? Garrapolo.

Whatever you do, do not look at who was picked in the 6 picks after Kyle Fuller, will make you want to punch yourself in the face.

Clinton Dix, Mosely, Zack Martin, Shazier, Cooks and Carr were all picked after Fuller IIRC

Or the two picks before for that matter.

Or you could be sitting who was 8 picks after. Looking at the draft that way is never smart. You (most of the time) could have always found someone better or worse.

The revisionist history look at the draft, unless you got Brady 199th, is almost always a losing move. Coulda woulda shoulda doesn't matter. Find the Kyle Fuller draft day thread - many playing the what if game in 2017 loved the pick when it was made.

Or Phil Emery [inappropriate/removed] sucked at his job and there's no way around it
