Man, what ever happened to Quincy Wilson? I was a fan early in the process but then got caught up in school and work and I haven't seen him anywhere near where he was in the past. Did he test poorly? Injury concerns? If we were able to pick up a mid to late second, I wouldn't mind checking him out

Waking up to see growing chatter of Trubisky being selected #1 and the Jags potentially taking Watson at 4.

Welcome to Draft Day. Laughing

Taking Watson??.
That would be interesting. I do think he is the best of the bunch.

I don't want any QB taken because I want someone to trade up with us.

But then taking Watson would benefit us this year at least, I'd imagine. I don't think he'd help them too much in year one. He throws as many interceptions as Bortles.

Oh man. If Jrob and MM make the right picks or trades we could be legit SUPER BOWL contenders as soon as this year ( I think we already are but another story for another time lol)

If they mess this up... It will be such a waste of the monster trade we made with the rams.

But it won't ruin everything. I think we got the two main things you need win in this league. a FRANCHISE QB? Check. Marcus had problems to start the year but he was also the best QB in the league(IMO) for a solid stretch of last year. He's the truth. And he's just getting started..ANNNND We have LEGIT pro bowl bookends for the next ten years. Those two things alone tell me we're gonna be just fine. So I'm gonna be cool with whatever we do. We do need a couple of corners doe. DB class is so deep this year. So I think we're good.

Enjoy the next couple of nights boys and girls. Its gonna be a long summer of nothing to talk about... TITAN UPPPPPPPPPP

I think the only picks that could make me throw my TV out tonight would be Allen, Humphrey, and Lamp.

Say the Browns call, and will give up #1 for #5 and #18 straight up. Would you do it? If all the chatter on twitter is right, they may be talking themselves out of Garrett for some reason.

What if 5 and 18 netted us Adams and Howard.

Adams/Howard > Garrett?

Draft Day is here. Still don't know which way we'll go... and there's not too many picks I'd be unhappy with... but if we find a way to somehow come away with Williams and Hooker, I may change my FF handle from "rage" to "peace and love"!

It's possible... if we trade with the Browns, and Williams fallls past the Chargers, I could see us moving back up to the 9-10 area to take Williams. We could also move up from 18 to ~15 if Hooker falls a little... it might leave us without 3rd rounders (for a minute though... if we get the Browns' 33, we're in prime position to move down and recoup picks)

I still think CB needs to be addressed, but I think that sweet spot is in the 2nd and 3rd... with a few of the projected 1st rounders taking a tumble, I would now only take 3 CBs in the 1st (Lattimore, White, Humphrey)... but see so many options that may could possibly fall to the late 2nd or 3rd... Jones, Jackson, Tabor, Moreau.

Back to real world... this is my final mock draft:

1st - Mike Williams, WR (manuever around and take him ~10)
1st - Derek Barnett, OLB
2nd - Adoree Jackson, CB
3rd - Teez Tabor, CB
3rd - Michael Robertson, TE
4th - Montae Nicholson, FS
5th - K.D. Cannon, WR
6th - Josh Dobbs, QB
7th - Grover Stewart, DL

After trading

1. Mike Williams WR
1. Tre'Davious White CB
2. Marcus Williams FS
3. Derek Rivers EDGE
3. George Kittle TE
4. Howard Wilson CB

Some late round WR and OG and then super bowl

It's impossible to tell... but if I'm thinking best case scenario for all 3, it's not an easy choice. I probably take Von Miller over Eric Berry and Greg Olsen.

These Trubusty (I just made that up. I'm so clever.) at #1 rumors are making me nervous. I desperately want to deal 5 to CLE for 12 and 33 because it feels like the guy we take at 12 would be the same guy we strongly considered at 5. The only sliver of hope if the #1 pick is Mitchell is that CLE is rumored to want either Adams or Hooker as well. The sweet spot there would still be #5 I think, because the Jets are a likely landing spot for whichever S falls out of the top 4.

I'm also wondering if we would accept 12, 54 and a 2nd next year for 5. I'm sure CLE is exploring every possibility to try to move up without giving up 33.

And I have a meeting at 6 PM MT tonight so I won't even know what's happening until an hour later! Mad
