first off Billzz, thanks for running this thread, but if you or anyone can at least do a quick post of each teams top 2 or 3 needs when their TEAM comes up, it would help choosing a bit more. No one knows the needs as much as fans of their own team.

The Bengals tend to draft for BPA in general (except at QB), and do not reach for need. If they have 2 or 3 guys with about the same grade and one meets a need they will fill the need.

Needs are speed overall, but particularly the front 7, a pass rushing DE, a deep threat WR and RB and OL depth.

Oh, and a kicker.

Rumor is the team has signed Minter. Maybe the Davis pick just got a bit more realistic, but I still think they go Foster in this scenario.
