Rams are giving former Broncos' CB Kayvon Webster a 2-year deal, per source. Rams have eyed him for a while.

Much needed and made too much sense. Hard not to like this move.

He can probably be a decent #2. Glad he's getting an opportunity finally.

Top 3 Special Teams gunners in the league. Dude always is downing the ball inside the 5-10 or making big tackles on ST.

He is more of a Safety than a corner I think in his play style. I would really like to have seen him get a look at FS kinda like McCourty did in NE. He is big and hits like a Safety but he plays CB lol Coverage skills are iffy but he can sure as hell play physical and tackle.

Anyways good for you LA and Im happy for Kayvon. He was the odd man out with Roby/Talib/Harris ahead of him. Could be a solid #2 guy on a needy team I think. Just need to stay healthy--thats his biggest issue. Always coming up injured with pulled hammys and groins.

On a side note, you just inherited a Tupac doppelganger. LA should be stoked lol

The signing makes sense. We'll see what Webster offers. Nice to have competition at CB.

Webster is a stud. Sad to see him go.

I remember seeing this guy his rookie year and thinking, "this guy is going to be good." Then Harris turns into a top 5 CB, they sign Talib, and draft Roby who will probably be elite in his own right soon enough. I expect Webster to end up the starter opposite Trumaine.

I think it could end up being one of the best bargain signing this offseason.
